Having looked around online for what we wanted we decided on Paving Stones Direct due to their competitive prices. We had a query about delivery charges which they answered promptly. We picked a delivery date for within a matter of days from order, we then had messages from the delivery company to update us about a time schedule. Delivery was prompt, driver was friendly and helpful. There was a small chip in one of the tiles but to be honest it wasn't worth complaining about it. When we are ready to order more tiles for other parts of the garden we will not hesitate to go back to this company.
Great prices, good choice of delivery options, or so we thought! Opted for delivery day but received a phone call the day before to say the pallet had arrived, nobody on to take delivery so a waste of everyone’s time because they had to come back on the scheduled day.

While we make every attempt to ensure delivery arrives when expected, due to using 3rd party couriers, they do reserve the right to delivery earlier however, in those scenarios, they are meant to inform either us so we can inform the customer or inform the customer directly. Tiles are fine, poor delivery and service
