Ordered two pallets of porcelain for commencement of a patio, order arrived on the day ordered, I phoned to check in during the morning as advised previously. Was told an hour slot delivery arrived two hours after that slot. Not a massive issue, however all over the order and delivery advice email explained that the delivery would arrive on a tail lift for kerbside delivery with a pallet truck. This was not the case and had to be put on the drive, where the next day a skip was being placed. (As shown in picture below)
Had to organise a pallet truck from a colleague to be borrowed to move both pallets the where a space had been cleared, in the early evening which I think is poor after all the advice delivery and clearly stating a flatbed with a overhead lift would NOT be used.
Wouldn’t recommend or use again.

As you know, we use third party couriers for our delivery's so we cannot directly influence them, however, we are very sorry this delivery did not go as planned.. We have forwarded and spoke to the courier network we used for this delivery regarding this feedback.
