replacement part for a broken chair
I needed replacement part for a broken part of my Lafuma chair. I ordered on line but it was about a month before they had it in stock.
...But they were efficient in informing me that it had arrived in stock and in subsequent despatch.

The quality of build and design sets Lafuma apart from most other furniture manufacturers.
Really wish that the method of pu king replacement covers was made easier and in the event of buyers making errors( my case)
there is a follow up call to help select the correct covers.
A win win for both Lafuma and customers

My recliners have aged well
My recliners are about 20/25 years old and this is the first time I've replaced the cord elastics. Was so pleased to find that they were still available and I was able to fit them myself. No complaints here, very happy.

Delivery was very quick and I was kept informed at every stage.
The only issue was that I missed the 20% code and then could not contact anyone after I put my order in. I'm happy to say that once Lafuma replied they did refund the 20% very promptly.

Best beach chairs on the market
I have purchased many of the lafuma chairs now and the quality is second to none. I rent 17 beach huts on the north norfolk coast, each have 6 chairs and it took me 4 years to find Lafuma. I will never look back.

Love the chairs but you could possibly finish off sewing better. Both my chairs had loose threads that I had to put through a needle and sew into reverse side of fabric

The part I needed was out of stock, a simple tick box enabled them to let me know when it was back in stock. Ordered and fitted, excellent service.

Fantastic products, great quality. Would be better if product range was clearly defined (indoor, outdoor, etc) so there’s no confusion as to which product fits my needs best.

The product is up to Lafuma’s high standards.
My problem was I’d ordered the chairs to take on a beach holiday, in what I thought was in good time on 25/5/26 but they did not arrive arrive till 4/6/26 a full ten days later
by which time I was away.
So I shall save them for next time.

Quality light weight comfortable chairs, perfect for our caravan trips. Have owned other lafuma chairs that we’ve had for over 15 years, and still going strong. Quick delivery as well.
