Ordering process and ongoing comms re delivery were very good. On receipt though the plastic sheets were bent both horizontally and vertically which was disappointing. Other reviewers have mentioned similar issues and whilst the product probably leaves the factory as one would want, there definitely appears to be packaging and/or carrier issues. I’d therefore find it difficult to have confidence in ordering again. Unfortunate- given that the product itself is pretty good

We ordered Acrylic from another company and was let down with damage .So we ordered our product here but unfortunately taking the protective wrapping off noticed a small scratch in the this too.

Pieces cut to spec, rubbish packaging though, sent loose in cardboard mailer so on receipt the pieces are warped/bent - to be fair the design isn’t the strongest but should really have some internal protection/supportAside from that decent price and convenient ordering
