Missing Vent for AC Panel, RefundedOrdered an air conditioner panel for my window. Came the correct size, but without the vent - despite the description indicating it came with a standard dryer vent hole. Emailed them about it, including screenshots of their description, and they've offered a full refund and advised me to re-place the order (which I intend to do).

Easy to customise, quick delivery and good value. This was for acrylic air conditioner window seal 4 mm, easy to fit to open window using stick on magnets (bought separately). Much better than the window kit supplied with the air conditioning unit.
