AC window seal acrylic 4mmI got the AC window seal acrylic 4mm to use as a long term solution to venting a portable AC. There was clear information on the website about the measurements to take. I think it is very well priced and the product was delivered within 3 days which was faster than expected. Unfortunately the acrylic was damaged upon delivery so i went to customer support and they delivered a replacement within 2 days. Overall great experience, I definitely recommend them!

I used this for creating a clear barrier on our stair banister to stop our kitten jumping through the bottom gap (he kept trying to get on top of the door). I ordered the sheet cut to size and all I had to do was was cut off the angles and fit (used flexi trim).Unfortunately, the first delivery arrived damaged by the courier, not the seller's fault. Plasticsheets' issue reporting service was attached to the delivery email, so was really easy to find and use. A replacement sheet was sent out straight away and arrived really quickly. I couldn't fault them.Excellent service and would use again.

Privacy panels for my narrow boatI was after some panels to create privacy screens on my narrow boat. I received a fast and comprehensive response to my initial query. Hannah was very helpful and answered all of my questions and suggested an alternative product from their range that suited my needs better, even though it was considerably cheaper. Delivery once ordered was quick and the product is A1, now fitted. In the words of Alan Partridge, "textbook".

Need to improve their Product and Customer Service! Order No: 32280UKI made a mistake of purchasing an Acrylic air conditioner window seal from them and am still suffering. It seems they know very little about their own products; as they have misguided me to choose a wrong option. I had forwarded them the pictures and measurements of an oval connector supplied with my portable AC; in order to make a cut out for it. However they insisted I don’t use this part and connect the hose directly to a circular hole cut out in the sheet. They advised this would allow for a snug fit. However upon arrival it became apparent that the hose won’t fit snug inside the hole and moved around a lot, despite both being of the same circumference. As a result there is a lot of leakage of air due to gaps and spaces, left. I have reached out to them and they have failed to provide any solution. As a result, I have been running from pillar to post to find a solution. The sheet, once stood up against the wall, flexes in the middle. This make me wonder if the sheet is stored in that manner, would it lose it straightness with time. The order was also delayed. UPDATE: MY RESPONSE TO YOUR FOLLOWING MESSAGE SENT YESTERDAY Hi Hannah,I believe the person who provided the categorical and definitive advice, knows very little about the flexible air conditioning ducts. These ducts have hard raised areas made of wires, alternating with shallow areas, which are covered with a paper like material. While their diameter is measured for the raised areas, the intervening shallow areas can be up to 2cm less. Moreover it’s impossible to stabalise this duct in a hole unless it’s fitted inside a hard pipe or a pipe is fixed inside of it. This is why all air vents have a pipe like extension on their back to fit these ducts. I had sent the pictures of the air vent supplied with the duct, along with its measurements. I was expecting the cutout to be according to that. However, your agent dissuaded me to ditch the vent and fit the duct directly to the hole, ensuring it would be snug fit. As you can see from the video I sent you, there is no way a 15cm diameter duct can fit snug in a 15cm hole without a solid pipe or air vent supporting it. Even if a pipe or air vent is used, it has to be fixed to the sheet.If you feel otherwise, can you please send me an actual demonstration of fitting a flexible duct snug inside a hole of same diameter, with full seal and resistance to movements? I have spoken to many air conditioning experts and visited many specialist shops. They have told me that advice given by your agent was wholly incorrect and I should have not acted on it; insisting to drill an oval hole for the supplied air vent. I don’t want the sheet to be replaced as I have already applied very expensive Velcro on it and spent considerable time doing so. After wasting almost two full days, I have been able to source a custom made solution at a high cost. With this, I seriously question the very basic ethics of your business as you fail to take the ownership and responsibility of your actions which led to this situation. I have reflected my views on Trust Pilot. RegardsUPDATE: With ongoing correspondence, the business has agreed to refund the amount of money paid for handles and glue, which were a complete waste. With this I have added two more stars to the rating. The situation is, it’s almost close to impossible to fit handles on the sheet with the items provided. What they provide is essentially a quick set super glue. There are no instructions provided and even the description on the glue bottle isn’t in English. I have done a lot of research after messing up the handles and sheet and marking them with glue. The surfaces coming contact are polished and slippery and there is no way glue would hold both parts together. So here is what they can do to make it work.1. Carve indentations in the sheet or fix some kind of anchors to hold the handles.2. Provide the right kind of two-step quick glue, fit for the purpose. 3. Provide proper instructions in English.In the end I had to use a lot of glue remover to clean the sheet but unfortunately it’s become hazy.

Helpful people and speedy turnaround. Well packed - good job, as the cardboard had acquired several footprints.Disappointed in the accuracy (doubtless still within tolerance) but it's 1mm undersized on W and H. As it is laser-cut I expected better.

This was my second order from Plastic Sheet Shop, which went much better than the first. The Perspex sheet arrived and meets my needs, perfectly. UPS delayed all three of my deliveries (it took two attempts, because the first sheet arrived broken). UPS kept sending messages announcing delays and all three shipments arrived with damage to the packaging and one broken sheet. I believe the products are excellent, but the Perspex sheets aren’t protected enough, for shipping, and UPS offer terrible service, with repeated delays and damage to all three sets of packaging. I would happily buy from this company again, but only if they ship with another carrier.
