Horrible product.Horrible product.Very sharp edges, lots of break out where cut on the back side, different colour on the edge, feels like a very cheap brittle melamine board not at all something you can use to a high finish internally where you could actually see the quality and finish of it close up, not actually sure what anybody would want to use this for, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned here.

Delivery not on day I paid extra forEDITED to explain changed score from 1 to 2 star and back to 1: Delivery was was not on day I paid extra for and the company is refunding extra charge (good). However, I won't edit further upwards since perspex panel has bottom and top edges not parallel. Big no-no. Father's company would never have a client accept this. I AM in contact with the company to provide pics. Did so. They don't understand parallel. 2☆ is top they deserve having questioned my ability.

The only thing UK about…The only thing UK about plasticsheetshop is the domain name, your order is manufacturered and shipped from the Netherlands.The first item received was broken and i reported the item was broken and reported that the AC hole was not present even though the title of the product and description explicitly states that this came with a 15.5cm hole. They have now shipped a replacement still without a hole! making the order useless and they do not take responsibility so it will be on to my credit card company to start a chargeback for goods not as described.

Took money for non existent early deliveryPaid extra for delivery today to fit round my caring duties. Delivery's in fact in THREE days. Meanwhile offered time limited offer on something I can't possibly decide on before delivery. Father's company supplied HUGE amount of stuff to London Dutch Embassy and home of the ambassador (shoji blinds etc). If I don't get substantial recompense dad's telling the ambassador. He will NOT BE HAPPY WITH THIS DUTCH company.

All my emails were ignored, even the ones with photos asking for advice.The samples I paid for were delayed several times and arrived detached from the backing labels making it impossible to identify which was which.Eventually went with a different company based here in the UK.Update: Hannah thanks for your response, Please check your emails against the address you have on file for my order #31836UK

Poor customer supportThe first Perspex item arrived broken. Against my express wishes, the company sent a replacement, even though I told them I used a local carpenter to produce a replacement. They continued to insist upon photographs, even though I was clear that I didn’t want a refund. Their software for reporting damaged goods is poorly designed and the company doesn’t read customer emails. All-in-all, a bad experience. They ship to the UK using UPS, who delivered several days late with both of the items I ordered.
