Terrible experience - sheet we ordered arrived damaged - clearly bent out of shape as it had just been wrapped in cardboard, courier noted it immediately and it was returned. Spoke to customer service same day (and sent photos) who said it could be remade and sent quickly but this was not actioned and subsequent follow said they couldn’t do anything until it came back and wanted me to reorder and pay eve’s shipping! 2 weeks later still not received a refund. I did get the product from elsewhere and the packing was completely different - wooden frame to protect the 3mm board with lots of bubble wrap so no chance of it arriving bent. Absolutely disgusted at this service - buy elsewhere.

Whenever there’s damage, we do need to inspect it before we can arrange a replacement or refund - which we usually do from photos. As your parcel was returned to sender, we weren’t able to check it until it arrived back at our warehouse. I can see it’s since been inspected and fully refunded.
