Very good value. Good looking medals for our village fete. Didn’t want to spend a lot of money. Very efficient. Too efficient actually when I realised I’d made a mistake on the text of one medal. Put the order in on a Saturday. Emailed on the Sunday, got immediate auto response then a sorry it’s already been done response on the Monday morning. Delivered the next day. Will definitely use again. Thanks

Great little medals with centres and ribbons at a fab price for our charity sports event for adults with leaning difficulties. Easy to order but I did also check on the chat facility . Quick delivery by DPD . Only issue was DPD said delivered on one day but then delivered on following day with no explanation but not budget trophies fault. Will use again.

The trophies arrived quickly and looked great. Some of the pins are a bit rusty. I didn't receive an order confirmation and it took a little over 24 hours for the proofs to arrive so I was a bit anxious about whether the order was being processed, as it was a short timescale but once things got moving it was great.

The delivery of the items was quick and responsive, ensuring that they arrived promptly. Additionally, the quality of the trophies met a good standard. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the delivery process and the quality of the products received.

I specifically chose Budget Trophy because they offered next-day delivery. I placed my order on Wednesday, expecting it by Thursday, well ahead of the kids' football presentation on Saturday. Do not believe a word they say on their website—their delivery promises are a complete lie. Not only did they completely fail to deliver on time, but when the package finally turned up, it was missing 11 football trophies. When I called to complain, they promised they would deliver the missing items on Saturday morning to rectify the mistake just in time for the presentation. This never materialised. Because of their second broken promise, the boys were left with absolutely nothing to take home on their big day. After chasing them up yet again, the missing trophies finally showed up on Tuesday—72 hours too late. Trying to get a straight answer revealed a total internal breakdown within the company. The staff's attitude was shocking and they clearly did not care that they ruined a presentation afternoon for a team of kids. Budget Trophy is a completely substandard company with zero accountability. Ignore their website promises and take your business elsewhere
