I ordered the wrong filter but only 5 minute later realised so emailed them to change the order. Their response. sorry can't do that. Post them back to us at your expense and when we receive them we will refund you. Why couldn't they just change the order? The correct ones I needed were the same price.

Dear Brian, we are sorry to read that You ordered the wrong filter. We are surely very happy to help and support you with a new filter, but due to our fully automatic ordering and warehouse proces, we can't just replace a wrong ordered product. Once we will have your product back at our facilities, we will refund your payment and you can but the correct filter from our webshop again.
