We recently ordered 4 doors with handles. We then made a second order for hinges, sprung latches and a bathroom lock. James Miel answered my call where I was seeking some advice on some of the products. His knowledge was excellent, his suggestions were considered and helpful and of particular note, after the call I put my order through and James took the initiative to call me and inform me that the locks I had ordered were maybe not the best suited to match the handles. We were really grateful that he took the time and attention to detail to note that what we had ordered may not be best fit aesthetically and took it upon himself to ensure we got the best product. Excellent customer service.
