I don’t normally leave reviews as I just forget once I’ve got the product like so many other people. But I have to leave one here for Pink Noise systems.
I ordered some Sennheiser headphones and recieved them next day however the headphones had a fault. I called the store which they answered straight away and explained the issue. From the moment of that phone call to me getting my replacement headphones have been a pleasure. The staff are incredibly helpful and kept me up to date with my returns process. Other Companies can take a page from their book.
To Harry and all your staff thank you for your time and effort in getting my issues resolved it is greatly appreciated.

I bought a Line Audio condenser Mic recently and my only complaint is that the the plastic box it comes in was cracked when it arrived. Probably because it was in a jiffy bag rather than a box.
Not the end of the world but definitely slightly annoying.
Apart from that, good website and fairly swift ship.

Excellent Customer Service
What sets a company apart is their customer service. I ordered a couple of parts for a project I was doing - turned out that the parts were of no use to me as the microphone I purchased them for was not working/compatable. Pink-noise made the return process extremely easy - great communication and emailed me to let me know they had received my return. A+ highly recommended.

Great service!
Unlike many retailers in this industry, Pinknoise Systems actually have items in stock! On top of that, despite my remote location, the speed of delivery was super fast. Having Daly with their customer service previously that too was a good experience. The response was fast and my request was sorted quickly and without fuss.

Drove over 2 hours to see the team and pick up a range of consumables some bits and pieces and a power distro. Alex and Arianny were extremely welcoming and friendly. Pinknoise are my first go-to for equipment purchases and my experience collecting from them last week has proven that I made the correct choice.

Good customer service, quick delivery.
Made an order and decided it wasn't the right time, so I cancelled it and I was refunded quickly. Remade the order a couple of weeks later and it was delivered within a couple of days. Good delivery times, good customer services. Overall, a good experience.
