’ve never experienced customer service of this level, especially with Bart. He’s attentive, gives relevant advice, and despite the distance with Poland, everything goes perfectly. The package is tracked and delivered as agreed, and the order meets all expectations. I’ve been buying gear from them for years, and it’s a shame we don’t have a shop like this in France.

I’m satisfied with everything, the communication was excellent although they didn’t have the color I wanted. They communicated the insufficiency and asked about the color exchange and even sent Polish biscuits as an apology. Products are perfect, can’t wait to try everything in water 🤙🏼
