I give 5 stars, but... the platform I ordered today is far from the one I bought 8 years ago. It's lighter, but that's its only advantage. An accountant snuck into the design process and the quality of the platform has drastically decreased. Aside from the construction and main rungs, which are thinner but fairly durable, the platforms you walk on after setup are atrocious, thin as paper. The platform certainly won't last as long as the purchase from a few years ago. The old platform would have worked until today, but construction workers dropped a metal beam (H) on it from the roof and it broke...

Stable ladder
fast delivery, stable and professional ladder, easy and intuitive to set up and fold, and above all mobile because it is foldable. I recommend it. I only miss some kind of transport system - for example, original wheels with a locking function that would allow the ladder to be rolled from place to place. However, 15kg is quite heavy. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. Regards, Grzegorz

Very good shop, product with minor flaw.
Shop and purchase processing were exemplary and very professional. The shipping was pleasantly fast. Overall, Drabest makes a very good impression. The product (aluminum ladder stabilizer) has good quality.
What was not so positive: The supplied screws for the aluminum ladder stabilizer were much too long (130mm instead of the required 95-100mm), so they had to be shortened and a new thread cut. Normally I would have complained, but since time was of the essence, I took care of it myself... 😄. All in all, I'm satisfied with Drabest and can recommend the shop.

The first two points the manufacturer can easily fix, and it will be a competitive ladder. I rated the customer service because I couldn't skip this point, but I haven't used it yet, so I realistically don't undertake its evaluation.
Overall, it's a decent ladder, for the money, though there are certain buts:\n1. The screws for mounting the stabilizing bar that were delivered to me with the ladder are about 2 cm too short to properly mount the bar. I don't understand how someone attached the wrong screws.\n2. The clips that lock the height of the ladder open during transport in a horizontal position, causing it to unfold. When unfolding, they can fold inward, which presents a problem with one-person operation - a third hand is missing. It's not convenient.\n3. I have a second ladder from the Krause company, which does not exhibit the above defects in operation and, in my opinion, is more stable in use, which translates to safety, though its price is about 30% higher.

High product quality, very fast delivery
I ordered two ladders - pro 3x10, three-piece, and the slim steps (3). Both products are of excellent quality and serve the purpose they were made for. There are many ladders on the market that are cheaper, but their quality leaves much to be desired. Products from Drabest do not have this problem.
What else? I ordered the ladders on Wednesday morning, and by 9:00 AM on Thursday, they were already with me - I didn't expect such speed in order fulfillment.

For the first time, I experienced such a lightning-fast customer service! The order arrived in no time, both the website and the payment process as well as DHL delivery were quick, efficient, and without any inconvenience. If I ever need a ladder again, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

End Caps
Product matches the description.
All components were complete.
I would improve one small thing - the end caps at the bottom of the ladder. Once the bottom rung is inserted, the bottom of the ladder cannot be capped again. This can be done by cutting out about 1/3 of the center of the end cap.

Purchase of an 8-step ladder
I'm giving this review not regarding the Drabest site, but concerning the delivery and especially the subcontractor DPD, who postponed the delivery from day to day and ultimately did not want to deliver to my home. They asked me to pick up my package at the depot, even though it was 2.30 m. Fortunately, Drabest was responsive to my emails and sent a second ladder via another carrier, UPS, and everything went smoothly. It was delivered to my home. Therefore, I advise Drabest not to work with DPD for delivery anymore, which, by the way, has very negative reviews on the internet.

Smooth and very fast delivery. Only the tracking information was incorrect, as the wrong delivery service (The Courier instead of GLS) was specified. An email inquiry to Drabest resulted in the delivery note being sent again, but it still contained no information regarding the delivery.
Thank you very much - gladly again.

Spectacular Delivery!
Spectacular delivery in a white truck, as long as half a bus!... Understandably, it's a ladder, 3 sections of 14 rungs each... well wrapped in cardboard! Quick delivery and I was there to receive it... thanks to the driver who had to take detours to get into my small one-way street!

Dear Sirs and Madams, folding ladder 3X4.
I use it at home for gardening and apartment renovation.
The technical solution is great, it's very handy to use.
Although I would prefer it to be 1m longer when fully extended.
Thank you for a good product.

Quite a Folkloric Delivery
Quite a folkloric delivery: initially scheduled for Monday, July 27th, then moved forward to the previous Thursday, and on that day I was told it would be the next day due to a vehicle breakdown. However, at 8 PM I receive a photo showing the delivered product, placed at the top of my property without any notice from the courier at the time of delivery!
But with GLS, you can expect anything, they do whatever they want!
The good thing is, the delivery was quick.

The part fits perfectly on the ladder. Now I can finally place the paint, brushes, etc. when I have to climb down the ladder to move it. Great. I'm satisfied and can only recommend it. But you can't attach it to every ladder. Still great!

A wise choice of both your company and a successful purchase. The recognition in my wife's eyes is priceless - your part in this. Regards kk

Good ladder for private use. At first, I was worried that the ladder might wobble, but everything is fine. Would buy again anytime.
The only negative point, a better description (e.g. folding the ladder) would be nice.

The order went well, in a clear and smooth manner. The product matches its description on your site and meets exactly what I was looking for.
However, there is a lack of clarity in the "order tracking", and the announced deadline was not met.
No response to my questions on the contact form.

Update Review
Here is an addition to my other review, which I unfortunately cannot edit despite all efforts.
After my criticism of the customer service approach, the company immediately approached us and made us a generous offer, which we gladly accepted.
It is very positive that criticism was accepted and even more gratifying when the company is accommodating to the customers.
Therefore, here is now a good review.

Aluminium Ladder Scaffold 2x6 Rungs PRO 2K + Hook
Hello,
The ordered goods were delivered quickly and without any problems. The packaging was not damaged, so it only became apparent after the courier left, upon unpacking and during assembly, that the leg of the ladder part was damaged and there are no holes drilled in the platform for mounting stabilizing crossbars. Since I needed the platform, not the ladder, I managed to assemble the whole thing after tapping the leg. I have a drill, so I was able to drill the holes and could enjoy the purchase. However, I am a bit disappointed that you beautifully packaged a damaged product. If the damage occurred during transport, although nothing indicated this, it means that bubble wrap is definitely too weak a protection for a 16 kg product. It's hard to assess the lack of holes in the platform, although I think there should be, and if not, this should be stated on the website. The customer should know what to expect. I am satisfied with the scaffold and pass my comments to you to improve customer service.
Regards: Housewife

Reply from drabest.pl
Hello,
Thank you very much for your detailed comment and feedback. We are glad that, despite the described inconveniences, you are satisfied with the scaffold, but we sincerely apologize for the situation that occurred.
We are sorry that you noticed a damaged leg and missing mounting holes in the platform after unpacking the product. Such situations should not happen, so we will forward your report to the department responsible for quality control and product packaging. We will also review the issue of transport protection to better shield heavier shipments.
Thank you also for the remark regarding the website information. You are right that the customer should know if the product requires additional assembly tasks, such as self-drilling holes. We will check the product description and, if necessary, supplement it with more detailed information.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your constructive opinion. Such feedback is very important to us and helps us improve the quality of customer service and the products we offer.

I bought the ladders at 2 PM
I bought the ladders at 2:30 PM, the next day the courier delivered them at 10 in the morning. Amazing!!! Although solidly wrapped in film, after unpacking it turned out that the yellow and black plastics covering the sharp edges of the steps were broken and did not hold in the places where they should be. This does not bother me in using them. The ladders are lightweight and stable. RECOMMENDED

Very good product. Solid, tested because I weigh 120 kg and it doesn’t budge, I feel stability. My wife and I were looking for something beige for the apartment and it was a bullseye!
