I have taken pictures every week and I am absolutely thrilled to bits defiantly 10/10 .. use it frequently and follow the simple and easy guide and you will be rewarded ..
What a bad experience I’ve had with beautifly. The order arrived not well packed. The product look good but not to satisfaction. I requested to return and the personnel responding were very unprofessional. They were very reluctant to provide a return label and were insisting that I keep the product while they would provide me with a new 3 pins plug and which the product I ordered only had 2 pins. They took a very long time to provide the return label, they were very unprofessional. They dragged the whole return process from December to February just to receive the return label. At the end they offered an apology with served made no difference for me considering the experience I’ve had dealing with Beautifly.

Trustpilot rating on homepage false
Purchased an item which was never received and was taken off website. Emailed numerous times and no reply. Eventually received a reply and requested a refund. The Trustpilot rating on the webpage is false, check the reviews. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Be Aware - no aftersale service!!!
Quick delivery but when I wanted to return it for full refund (14 days money back guarantee) they don't answer my emails. Finally I get refund from Trusted Shops guarantee but it took a month from purchase date. I don't recommend beautifly.co.uk for online shopping if you don't want trouble with aftersale service.

Not as good as expected after reading other reviews. I’m in my 50s and I wish the return period would be longer. It probably works better for younger people. Also, it’s very difficult to clean the devices after use as the residue of the used products gets inside.

Thank you for your opinion. For achieving the best effects with this device it is crucial to use right cosmetic products - for modes EMS lifting, moisturizing and collagen synthesis use gel-consistency serum beacuse it conducts electricity. For the cleansing mode use a cosmetic pad moistured with micellar water. The ring in the device is removable and should hold the cosmetic pad in the cleansing mode. You can also take it off when you want to clean the device - it's much easier this way. If you have any other concerns, we'll be happy to answer you directly via email
