Great price , great service re my Rossignol Arcade 88's
Bought a pair of Rossignol Arcade 88 skis with some Look Bindings . End of season clearance price so brilliant value . Bindings fitted and set at preferred setting and delivered as promised . A little bit of advice re this ski and another one I was co sidering which was helpful . I've recommended to my ski pals if their looking for ski stuff .

Express delivery does not meet timeframe advertised
I had placed my order on 8 March and paid £8.95 for Express Delivery.
According to your delivery policy, orders placed before 2pm should arrive on the next working day (excluding weekends). Based on this, the expected delivery date should have been Tuesday, 10 March.
However, my order was only delivered on 11 March (Wednesday), which does not meet the express delivery timeframe advertised.
As the express delivery service was not fulfilled as stated, I would like to request a refund of the £8.95 express delivery charge.

I’m sorry to hear that your order did not arrive within the expected timeframe. I can confirm that your order was picked, packed, and dispatched on the same day it was placed using a next working day delivery service, so it should have arrived the following day.
Unfortunately, on this occasion, there was a delay within DPD’s network due to a vehicle breakdown at their Burgess Hill depot, which was outside of our control.
That said, we completely understand your frustration, and we have now refunded your £8.95 express delivery charge.

It's obvious everyone here is a snow enthusiast but in addition the service is top notch. I was steered away from a more expensive pair of skis in favour of a pair more suitable for me. The ski boot service is superb; it's like skiing in slippers all day! Lastly, I just bought some ski poles online, they arrived about 18 hours after I clicked the buy button. Highly recommended.
