I have used Snow Leader on a number of occasions, the prices and services are excellent. It always amazes me how Snow Leader can deliver to my home address in the Scottish Highlands quicker than some leading companies in the UK. I will continue to use this company in the future, well done Snow leader.

Apparently my order of 14/06/2026 has been dispatched and delivered to my home address but I have not received any notification that my order has even been dispatched, let alone delivered. No delivery of goods has taken place as there was nobody at home to receive the order on 18/06/2026, simply a note from parcelforce saying I should contact them to arrange redelivery. If I had been informed that my order was in transit I would have made sure I was at home to receive it and this situation could have been avoided. On contacting parcelforce the automated telephone system quoted a reference number and stated the parcel would be delivered on Monday 22/06/2026. The parcel has not arrived and parcelforce no longer recognise the reference number and are unable to track the parcel or assist further - and I still have no confirmation that my order has actually been dispatched or not. Clearly this is hardly a satisfactory situation..... Thank you for your attention and reply - to date I have not received my order (23/06/2026) or any tracking information either from parcelforce or yourself. I have no idea how my parcel can be located and delivered to me - hopefully these are problems that you can help overcome. I look forward to an appropriate solution in the near future.

The review on the Polar Pro 2 was what sold the watch. The delivery from France to the UK was reasonably fast (2 days), but the delivery from Royal Mail was poor. I received a an email it would be delivered on the Friday and I patiently waited, only to receive a further email stating they had tried to deliver but it appeared no one was home, I didn't receive the watch till the Monday.

Order was cancelled 2 times after checkout over a couple of days with no reason but third time lucky. Snowboard bindings came well packaged by 48 HR courier, but poor delivery timescales (Royal Mail, UK). But items good quality and at reasonable price so no complaints. I will probably use again.

I find Snow Leader to always have likeable and good looking products at a reasonable price. No different with my last purchase, a lightweight Salomon mid layer. The product arrived on time and well packaged. I have no issues with this company and will probably use them again.

Products are always as described and well packaged too. Delivery has been slow on each occasion though so whilst quality is excellent it's normally my last choice if any competitor can provide the same faster. Were it not for this Snowleader would probably be my default supplier.

This specific transaction was seamless and fuss free. The choice of products is excellent. The experience when something isn't right with the order is what let's this retailer down. A theft security tag left on an avalanche bag, a defective pair of bibs where I was asked to provide video evidence of the defect. Neither dealt with in a meaningful time frame or to a satisfactory level when compared to other retailers.

Just had a delivery of two pairs of LEKI Makalu FX Carbon walking poles. We have had LEKI Nordic poles for many years but need folding ones to take in hold luggage and these look perfect. The price and service from snowleader was fab

Excellent products and swift delivery, BUT impossible to contact their Customer Services. After experiencing difficulty with a corrupted returns label file generated through their returns portal, a contact form was completed 5 days ago to which no reply has been received. The form guarantees a response in 2 days. I have held in a queue on their premium customer service telephone number for over 15 minutes before being told due to the extended delay the call was being cut off. I'm not sure what else to try, but with a £338.90 refund due I will not be giving up. This experience would make me extremely nervous about ordering again, unless I can be sure the entire order will be kept.

This is the second time I ordered something from these people and it ahs been a smooth experience so far. It still takes around a week or less from order to receiving my order but coming from EU and no hidden custom fee make it a breeze. Some other site are not very clear on their pricing (no names mentioned) so you end up with a surprise customer and admin bill but not with these guys so you instantly know if you are getting a good deal or not. Luckily I have never had to do a refund yet which might be where most of the other negative reviews stems from as it can be tricky to send the item back to another country and people trying to ask questions to someone whop speaks a different language.

nicely designed organic cotton shirts with autumnal thickeness. Size slightly smaller than my usual shirts though do not shrink on washing on recommended settings. No extra buttons makes ironing easy. Bit pricey for what you get though if last that's okay.

It was a very easy process to order a pair of skis, and then have the bindings mounted to my measurements. The delivery was very quick. An excellent service from start to finish. Thank you

Brilliant company with fast delivery to Scotland. The only issue I had was the sizes of the jacket and gloves. Both appear small made so I would go one size up in future.

I highly recommend this shop! The shoes arrived very quickly, they are beautiful and, most importantly, very comfortable. The quality is great and exactly what I expected. The price was also very attractive and competitive, which is a big plus. I have no complaints about the customer service – everything went smoothly and exactly as expected. I will definitely shop here again. 😊

Fantastic customer service but lot one point for having Evri as the only courier option in the UK. We don’t usually buy from stores that only use Evri but my Son and his GF wanted this particular Osprey bag for their trip around the world starting in January and Snowleader had the style they wanted so we nervously ordered. Evri as usual made the delivery extremely stressful, the bags nearly didn’t arrive because they damaged the package but fortunately the bags finally arrived Christmas Eve after numerous calls/ chats. Natalie from Snowleader kept on top to the issue and followed up where needed. She was fabulous, friendly and professional. Like I said, would have been five star customer service if there was the option to use other UK couriers.

I had never used Snow Leader before so not sure they would be able to deliver on time, but Trust Pilot reviews seemed ok so decided to give them a go. Not disappointed, everything arrived quicker than I was expecting which was great so looking forward to the trip without worrying the kit wouldn’t arrive before I leave. Gear also as advertised so full marks Snow leader. The only thing I would mention would be Everi, 0 points as usual. Snow leader’s policy is you must check everything before you accept and sign, however I was out when the delivery arrived and according to Everi I apparently sign for, not sure how that works as I didn’t. The parcel was also left in a bin at the back of the house. Picture attached. Not Snow Leaders fault, but think you need to be aware about the level of service you are getting from your preferred courier.

First experience with Snowleader and I've been delighted. The website was easy to browse and find the items i was looking for. The prices were excellent and the jacket and salopettes delivered quickly. 10/10

Great winter sports products and great special lines at special discount - the Zoe’s Favourites happened to line up with my favourites - all good 👍🏻 One change to make the service better for a UK purchaser would be to reduce the (already good value) shipping costs on v small packages ….if possible? Would make purchase decisions easier for smaller size/value items.

Fjallraven jacket as described and arrived in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the jacket so far. Evri drop box worked well. I would have given a rating of 5*; however, when purchasing the jacket I was offered a 5% discount if I signed up for Snowleader's newsletter. I assumed (so possibly my fault) that this would be applied automatically at check out, however, an email was sent separately containing a discount code - but I'd already bought the jacket.

The obvious draw to Snow Leader is the quality of products and competitive pricing. Being UK based, I'm always wary of ordering from abroad, however this is the second time I've ordered from Snow Leader for multiple items. The checkout process clearly states when the items will be available, and when delivery is likely, allowing you to plan for your adventure. The items I ordered actually arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated, they were well packed and the product was exactly as described. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend using Snow Leader, as long as they don't need anything next day.
