I liked that you had a good range of boots in most popular sizes competitively priced. Updates and tracking of information could be improved over as site stated delivery from rather than deliver before which isn’t very helpful when planning travel.

I have used Snow Leader on a number of occasions, the prices and services are excellent. It always amazes me how Snow Leader can deliver to my home address in the Scottish Highlands quicker than some leading companies in the UK. I will continue to use this company in the future, well done Snow leader.

Paid the £7 for delivery, not a problem, but they weren't rushed to send them. Had message them to ask where they were; they were still in sorting 6 days later they did arrive not exactly black black like the photo, but I still liked them enough to keep them

Apparently my order of 14/06/2026 has been dispatched and delivered to my home address but I have not received any notification that my order has even been dispatched, let alone delivered. No delivery of goods has taken place as there was nobody at home to receive the order on 18/06/2026, simply a note from parcelforce saying I should contact them to arrange redelivery. If I had been informed that my order was in transit I would have made sure I was at home to receive it and this situation could have been avoided. On contacting parcelforce the automated telephone system quoted a reference number and stated the parcel would be delivered on Monday 22/06/2026. The parcel has not arrived and parcelforce no longer recognise the reference number and are unable to track the parcel or assist further - and I still have no confirmation that my order has actually been dispatched or not. Clearly this is hardly a satisfactory situation..... Thank you for your attention and reply - to date I have not received my order (23/06/2026) or any tracking information either from parcelforce or yourself. I have no idea how my parcel can be located and delivered to me - hopefully these are problems that you can help overcome. I look forward to an appropriate solution in the near future.

The review on the Polar Pro 2 was what sold the watch. The delivery from France to the UK was reasonably fast (2 days), but the delivery from Royal Mail was poor. I received a an email it would be delivered on the Friday and I patiently waited, only to receive a further email stating they had tried to deliver but it appeared no one was home, I didn't receive the watch till the Monday.

Order was cancelled 2 times after checkout over a couple of days with no reason but third time lucky. Snowboard bindings came well packaged by 48 HR courier, but poor delivery timescales (Royal Mail, UK). But items good quality and at reasonable price so no complaints. I will probably use again.

The ordering experience was very good and so easy, I ordered a pair of skis and it was very easy to enter the details required, the delivery was despatched on time and arrived 4 days early.

Skis from last season sold at a 35% discounted price. Great value. arrived within 5 days. delivered safely with packaging only slightly damaged. Skis were securely intact and well wrapped. Thank you Snowleader

I find Snow Leader to always have likeable and good looking products at a reasonable price. No different with my last purchase, a lightweight Salomon mid layer. The product arrived on time and well packaged. I have no issues with this company and will probably use them again.

Product arrived as ordered but delivery slow and expensive hidden telephone services fees if customers telephone to enquire about account or order. I was hit with an £ £27.55 fee by 02 for telephoning Snowleader twice to enquire about status of my order. Previously, I was disconnected twice by chat connection part way through communication, which was why I was forced to telephone. I was not aware that I would be charged extra hidden fees for my shoes, because Snowleader do not make this clear on its website. Under Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, retailers are strictly legally prohibited from charging existing customers more than the basic geographic rate for telephone enquiries regarding their accounts or purchases. Because Snowleader's "Contact Us" page provides 0872 442 9028 as the general contact number without a basic-rate alternative (such as an 01, 02, or 03 number) for existing customers, you are in direct breach of these regulations. Furthermore, Snowleader's website fails to comply with Ofcom’s binding pricing rules. Under Ofcom regulations, any company advertising an 087 number must prominently state: "Calls cost 9p per minute plus your phone company's access charge." Hiding a small text fragment after your business hours reading "(£0.09/m)" without the mandatory warning regarding the mobile network's access charge is non-compliant and misleading to consumers. PLEASE NOTE: I am still awaiting for a response to my email complaint sent on 25 August 2026, requested and apology and reimbursement!

Products are always as described and well packaged too. Delivery has been slow on each occasion though so whilst quality is excellent it's normally my last choice if any competitor can provide the same faster. Were it not for this Snowleader would probably be my default supplier.

This specific transaction was seamless and fuss free. The choice of products is excellent. The experience when something isn't right with the order is what let's this retailer down. A theft security tag left on an avalanche bag, a defective pair of bibs where I was asked to provide video evidence of the defect. Neither dealt with in a meaningful time frame or to a satisfactory level when compared to other retailers.

Really impressed with fast delivery on cheapest option, especially considering it was coming from France, husband happy with Mips Smith mtb helmet. Good price, much cheaper than Uk sites even with postage costs.

Just had a delivery of two pairs of LEKI Makalu FX Carbon walking poles. We have had LEKI Nordic poles for many years but need folding ones to take in hold luggage and these look perfect. The price and service from snowleader was fab
