Efficient ordering and very quick delivery. Yes, delivery cost is high but you know this upfront so it is your choice whether you order with them or not. The actual product was cheaper with this company so it worked out about the same as other companies. The Mercury Mitts are of very good quality. They are a gift so unable to comment further.

I ordered a pair of Meindl walking shoes from SnowLeader because they had the best price around. The shoes arrived in good time and they are perfect.

After lots of research, I found the ski jacket I was looking for at a much better price than elsewhere. I was nervous because it seemed too good to be true, but I was kept informed of shipping progress all the way through its journey and it reached me in perfect condition. Lovely jacket. Thank you.

very comfortable shirts to wear and be seen wearing. Ironing is easy with no needless buttons etc. wash well at 30 degrees.

Ordering was quick and efficient. Product is excellent. Delivery by Evri was, as always, a bit of a nightmare. Despite your advice that goods should be fully examined before delivery person departed he refused to wait for me to do so. Luckily the product was in good order but I was aware that it had not been you may well have penalised me for not complying with your instructions. I really urge you to consider changing to another delivery company.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Snowleader. I placed an order on 20th March 2026, and as of today (28th March), it still hasn’t arrived. This was not a small purchase either — my order totalled £406 — so I expected a much higher level of service and reliability. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have a holiday booked for 4th April. I’ve already paid extra baggage fees specifically to take my skis with me, and I’ve also paid additional money for a private taxi transfer to accommodate travelling with my skis. That’s even more cost added, and now I’m left unsure whether my order will arrive in time. This situation is completely unacceptable given how time-sensitive it is. I also don’t understand why Snowleader chooses to use a courier like Evri, which has a poor reputation for delays. The lack of urgency and poor delivery management reflects very badly on the company as a whole. At this point, I’m not a happy customer at all — just very disappointed and stressed. I expect Snowleader to come up with a solution quickly, as my holiday is only a week away and I fully expect to have the skis I paid for in time. Overall, a very frustrating experience that has seriously affected my trust in this company. I would not recommend Snowleader at all — stay away and spend your money elsewhere

Ordered a Burton snowboarding jacket and saved myself at least £90 on the UK prices. Yes it doesn't arrive "next day" but if you don't need it immediately, communications, price and packaging were all excellent. So based on the given timelines for delivery, I'm a happy bunny!

Good price. Item as described. Fast delivery. But please stop using Evri. They do not deliver, they leave the item in front of the premises in the rain and do not follow described dropping point.
