Regarding my Order #4084, I was very disappointed to discover after unwrapping the shipment that there were multiple areas of scratches on every panel.
This is a copy of the communication to the Maxton Team (Dominik/ Justyna / Pamuła)
Regarding my Order #4084, I was very disappointed to discover after unwrapping the shipment that there were multiple areas of scratches on every panel.
When it was shipped to the U.S. my expectation is the product would be wrapped and protected void of any defects? Instead there were multiple defects
I sent images and video showing proof of the imperfections.
As a follow up, I asked if Maxton would respond and offer offer any form of compensation?
Yet no response? This is not good for U.S. customer wanted your product?
