Fast, friendly & competent
I received shelves from my landlord. However, for my purposes, some parts were still missing. I found and ordered something in the shop. Shortly afterwards, TOPREGAL contacted me and we realized that I had forgotten some parts. These were quickly added to my order.
I was even allowed to pick up the items the same day from the warehouse.
Thanks to the TOPREGAL team!!!

My experience with TOPREGAL was very positive. Especially when there were issues with the prepayment, I received excellent support from the customer service. In the end, everything worked out perfectly. The ordered electric forklift was delivered quickly, easily, and completely. So far, the purchased device is a top price-performance product with good quality. I was also contacted after the purchase and asked about my satisfaction. Overall, I can only recommend TOPREGAL based on my experiences :)

Topregal Employees/Solar Carport
The contact with Topregal, whether by phone or email, was always friendly and competent. All questions regarding the solar carport we purchased were answered in detail. Also, the employee responsible for the area was consulted for technical questions.
We can only have words of praise for every employee of the company. The carport with storage is very good for us. As we can charge 3 electric cars on sunny days here. In total, we have nearly 10 kWp with optimal orientation.

Shipment had issues with delivery due to the length of components
The shipment was somewhat overwhelmed with the delivery due to the length of the components. Side unloading was not possible. There is nothing to complain about from Topregal.

The quality is really superb, and the assembly was manageable with two people. I can truly recommend Topregal. Thank you!

Everything went well. Unfortunately, the shipping company did not contact a day before delivery. But everything else went well and the quality is also great. Best regards

Uncomplicated Order
Uncomplicated order, fast delivery.
Criticism: The option was booked to be informed about the delivery date a day in advance for a fee. Then suddenly a call, the freight company is 60 km from my residence in front of my house and wants to deliver. Everything worked, but that was not how it was intended.

Value for money very good, only the packaging can be improved.
I find the website very user-friendly and clearly structured, and the navigation is also very simple. I am also very satisfied with the quality of the goods. Only the packaging should be improved, because it often arrives completely damaged. So far the goods have not been damaged, but it cannot be ruled out.

Super electric stacker with good price and fast delivery
The electric stacker works as promised. The price/performance ratio is very good. The ordering process went smoothly and for inquiries, a personal contact (a human/not a chatbot) was available. They were able to arrange for a quick delivery. Thanks for the good service

Simple and fast processing, good support from the office.
Delivery with notice went smoothly.
