Delivery is a joke!
Ordered a product smd they told me it would be delivered in 1-2 working days. Its for a busy takeaway. I went with this supplier due to urgent delivery the fact it was almost next day. Haven't received it. Emailed with no reply? Haven't been updated now having to place another order with another company. Unsure if I'll get to cancel or return the item.

We have had to send the fridge back 3 times due to faults to each fridge and we have been waiting for another fridge coming. It should have come yesterday and then again today. We have had no correspondence is tracking number or telephone calls to say it is on its way. We are unclear what is happening about the fridge now.

No reason to not offer 100% refunds on things as a base rule. There should be an extenuating circumstance clause and not a scalp.
