We always aim to make deliveries as smooth as possible, but in this case our carrier was unable to deliver due to the address being within a fully pedestrianised zone where stopping is not permitted. (We had not been made aware of this when you placed your order) Unfortunately, this meant the driver could not safely unload the unit. We did try to work with you and the manufacturer to arrange alternatives — including meeting at an accessible unloading point, arranging a pre-10am slot (which was requested in your instructions), or delivering to another suitable location — in order to avoid further failed attempts or additional charges. We understand the situation was frustrating, and we’re sorry it wasn’t possible to complete the delivery despite multiple attempts to find a workable solution. Your order has now been cancelled and is being processed in line with the manufacturer’s delivery and return terms. If you would like to discuss this further or if we can assist you with a future order to a non-restricted delivery area, please feel free to contact us directly. We’re always happy to help.

Order arrived late and past the date required and was one item was damaged. Slow communication from customer service and wouldn’t use again, still awaiting resolution of order.
