The thing that stood out and why I awarded 5 stars was the fabulous customer service u received from the lady ( sorry I can’t remember her name ) who took the call when I ordered the crepe machines . She was super .

Hi there, We are sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with our delivery process. All of our deliveries are kerbside delivery only unless otherwise requested. This is clearly stated at checkout, on our order confirmation, and on the invoice. Unfortunately, we were not made aware before delivery that kerbside delivery would not be suitable, and no special delivery requirements were noted when the order was placed. We will investigate the comments from the courier, as this is not in line with how we would expect our customers to be spoken with and apologise once again.
