The ability to create your own custom display cabinet online has been well thought out and works pretty well. There are a couple of minor problems:- 1) The ability to store specs sets does not work - it appears to but when you recall a set you find all the dimensions have gone and need re-entering. 2) The facility for other languages and currencies does not work fully. If a non-Euro currency is selected the site doesn't calculate the prices. Neither of these issues detract from the overall function and convenience however, I was able to create and place my first order after a couple of false starts and so far all is well.

I placed an order for delivery to UK. Nothing happened for 10 days. I had to chase my order only to be told they don't deliver to the UK as it is too much effort. But if I spent 130 Euros more, then it was worth it to them. They didn't want to honour the order in good faith even when I offered increased postage. Poor customer service, poor company. They should have honoured it, then removed the facility for this to happen again on their website.
