three assorted aquarium plants
I bought three assorted aquarium plants, which arrived very well packaged and in good condition (except one, see below) during exceptionally hot weather.
One of the plants had seperated from the planter 'pot' , which I've reported to Pro-Shrimp but am awaiting a reply.
HOWEVER, I will buy from them again as suspect this is just one of those things.

The plant vary dramatically, some I’ve received are outstanding but some are poor examples off photo image , so very misleading, please please do not use yodel as they didn’t deliver to my home ( chosen) address and left in a locker at Tesco not giving me a pick up code , my son helped me with getting one ! Taking a long time to arrive , keeping package at depo for 5 days , live plants , 🪴 very risky and cruel .

TEARS OVER TINY SHRIMPS
It's the first time I have purchased from ProShrimp, it's the first time I've set up an aquarium so I was exhaustive in checking all the necessary perimeters on websites and with experienced people I know who keep fish.
I have been ardent about getting things right for everything to be just so for the arrival of my two blue shrimps. Delivery was swift and good. The packaging was excellent. But, I was surprised at the smallness of the shrimps, they were babies and not adult. They survived for less than a week😔I was so upset. The policy of ProShrimp is that if they arrive DOA you get your money back, but there is no refund for baby shrimp that only survive a few days. I am tentative about buying from ProShrimp again.
