Unreliable service

We request that a Proforma invoice be sent, but we had to remind them a few times, and it takes more than one week. Furthermore, after making payment, we had to wait for several days to obtain a delivery date, and it would take weeks to be delivered. Very unreliable services, and we have moved to the Associated Pallets company.

You did not deliver. Despite knowing access was up a lane, that a lorry can easily go up, you sent a large arctic! You then tried to blame it on me! You also left the pallets in the highway and partially blocked a neighbour’s gate. Very poor
