SOLE Westfield White City, London, order S518604 Awful customer service, due to bad-mannered store assistants who refused to accept a return claiming that the sole of one shoe had faint dust marks. The shoes looked brand new with all labels attached. I offered to come back after I brushed the very faint mark, but they impolitely refused. I asked to talk to the store manager. A women came and immediately started to threaten us, allegedly claiming that we were rude to her colleagues. We were not rude, and that can be testified by the customers who were present in the store at that moment. When asked about her name, the manager said she was called Kate. I asked for the full name, but she refused to reveal it. She called the security straight away. The security arrived and all the customers were laughing at her inappropriate behaviour. I asked for her assistance once again, and because the security personnel had the video recording on, she accepted to assist with the collection job. Disappointing experience caused by the store manager and her incompetent and rude staff. I returned the same pair of shoes to Sole Oxford Street a week later without any issues. I am giving 2 stars because the Oxford Street personnel acted professionally and the return was accepted and processed straight away. Also the company offers good value for the money. I hope the incident at Westfield White City is an isolated case.

Ordered items to be delivered to local store which gave free delivery and was able to collect at my convenience. No worries about ensuring someone at home to take delivery

Been looking for pair of DM Chelsea boots to replace 10yr old pair. There they were. Immediate attention when I saw what I wanted. . Got my size straight away, tried them on at leisure with no hassle from the staff. Bought them and receipt gone to my email before I’m even out the shop. Excellent service.

The sales person was very impressive paying attention to what I wanted and striving to get me a good fitting size, suggesting innersoles would help for a size which was feeling slightly bigger than I would normally wear, but the innersoles did do the trick.

I loved the service. Salman was always there to help and give me advise, so I was able to pick the right pair of shoes for me given the wide range of products and difficult choices customers face. I posted 2 returns on the same day using Royal mail. The other retailer gave me a notification when the parcel was collected, when it arrived at their depot and when the refund had been issued. 7 days later and i havent heard a peep from Soletrader. Suggest you collect in store then try on and return there and then. I did this with another shoe and got a refund immediately.

Great customer care. When shoe size not in have another one to confirm the correct size and had the one I wanted delivered directly which came the next day. Delighted.

I love the boots and everything was great until I got home, opened the box and my boots had just been thrown in the box. The shape-holding inserts and the purpose wrapping paper to protect each boot were under the boots. Very disappointed.
