We recently ordered two of 500g tubs of mixed spice recently as a new customer of Wilton Wholefoods. Well what can I say. Absolutely fantastic service. The company are very responsive, expediting our order, handling our order so professionally and keeping us informed every step of the way. It arrives at our premises in a heart beat. A product that exceeds our expectations, at an Affordable price point combined with superior Customer Service. What can anyone ask more for?
Whilst we haven’t cooked with this mixed spice so far, the fragrance from these tubs of mixed spices smells heavenly.
We honestly can wait to give this product a try. We have no doubt this product like with many varieties of wholefoods Wilton offers, this is a must have ingredient mixed spice to have in your kitchen cupboard.

Wrong ground almonds (1kg) have been despatched & delivered when I bought 3 (1kg) packs.
In addition, their courier Envri, delivered the parcel to wrong address!!!
Thank God, my neighbour knew me & I gratefully recovered it.
However, in my state as disabled, bed bound elderly person with low benefit income, I am embarrassed to ring about this ground almond which does NOT taste like almonds at all & inform them about full refund or replace despatching with real tasting ground almonds.

Wide range
I have placed two online orders with Wilton Whole Foods and they have been delivered on time in solid well sealed boxes. I did get my son, when he shopped in Wilton to get me some sample packs of dried fruits which I found quality wise as good as my previous source and at a better price. If they started to stock Flame raisins then they would match my previous.
Their other products such as pickle varieties are well worth exploring. If you like crystalized ginger then this is the place to buy it.
In short this is a cracking store in what is an interesting little town.

I have used this company many times and I am entirely happy with the service I receive from them.
They supply good quality products at reasonable prices and are consistently fast and efficient.

Just one little moan.
I had two discount codes applied to my account as a reward for my review. One was automatically applied to my order but the second one wasn't and when I tried to add the code, it wouldn't let me.🙁

Great quality flour at a reasonable price, allows for a proper Italian style polenta.
Well packaged, delivered in a solid box, with reliable courier service.
Excellent communication all throughout the process; from order confirmation, shipment confirmation, invoice, planned delivery time and finally feedback collection.
Proper care for customers satisfaction and retention, like few other commercial food suppliers.

Really impressed with the quality of products and speed of the delivery. Ordered multiple seeds and seeds mix, dried fruits and some herbs for the 1st time on Thursday evening ( almost 9kg worth of goodies). Within hours received dispatch notification and order delivered to my doors by Saturday afternoon. Everything in my order is of premium quality. Really pleased. Thank you Wilton Wholefoods team.

Excellent service and products.
I'm not sure there is anything which could be better. The service I recieve is always excellent. I usually order on line for click and collect. The order is always ready earlier than anticipated and when I collect the order the staff are always polite and helpful. My only criticism is that the xustomer parking is usually full and there are no other customers present collecting orders!

Top quality and easy to order.
I always and only order my spices and herbs from Wilton Wholefoods. They are top fresh quality, come in fab bulk buy containers as well as offer smaller refills. I find I also use my spices more liberally as I have plenty of supplies and so our food is also more flavour full as a result. Now just putting in my winter / Christmas baking dried fruits order…. Thank you again.

Clear description of food and weight with price.
Quality product bought from Wilton’s for a few years now.
Excellent service with delivery dates.
Inexpensive delivery with DPD even a day earlier than initial forecast but update given the day before delivery.

Highly recommend. Excellent company providing great customer service. I ordered a larg(ish) delivery of dates, at a very competitive price. They took the trouble to email me to check I did actually want the quantity requested. Two days later it arrived in a very heavy box!
Really can't fault Wilton Wholefoods and will definitely order from them again.

My recent delivery contained a split bag of ground nuts and I felt the need to inform Wilton Wholefoods in case a batch of bags were faulty or to ask whether this was a one off packing issue. The response I received was prompt, informative and satisfactory.

I found Wilton Wholefoods when I was looking to buy fruits and marzipan for my Christmas cake and I’m so glad I found them as they had good offers and good reviews. A nice thanks again delivery note was enclosed and I’ve already ordered some more fruit. Very reasonable delivery charge and options too. My go to store now!

Mixed nuts
The large bag of mixed nuts really contain mixed nuts in equal share, not just almonds and a few others. Their spices and mixed pepper corns are very good value, as is everything else. Delivery is very efficient and quick. I would wholeheartedly recommend Wilton Wholefoods

Communications from WHF are always excellent, this order was no exception. Delivery was on time and the quality of the foods is really great. This is an excellent company to deal with and they look after customers very well.

It's perfect, the customer service, the time between the order being ready from the time my order was placed. The option to have my order packed, either in recycling boxes or not pack if I bring my own bags. It is very convenient to shop at Wilton Wholefoods.
