First I contacted the chat for advice on a car seat for my 12mths + and I was given the link and that gave me time to go directly to what was needed rather than browse a few products and not know what to select. After being satisfied with product features, I made the order, which was on sale so extra value for money and the delivery was super quick too, it said 3-5 days but I had it on day 2. The seat is phenomenal, the 360° turn is exciting and one of my fave features but the comfortability of the cushioning, the way my son can sit up without feeling squashed and especially since this is the car seat he will grow up in, makes it so very convenient. My car seat woes are behind me, I wish I had gone for a maxi Cosi from birth but better late than never!! I am beyond happy with my purchase!!!

I was able to source my purchase direct. I had originally placed my order with another website and waited over six weeks for a restock. I snapped it up when it became available on Maxi Cosi and cancelled my first order. Delivery was fast and before estimate

Really love the product, needed a chair for my nearly one year old since she has outgrown bouncers and it’s lovely, easy to clean and super comfy she even falls asleep in it. More colour options / styles would be great.

I was able to find the right seat for my child easily, and compare those that were compatible with my vehicle, but also the different features, it was also cheaper to go direct to maxi cosi site than it was elsewhere selling your products, and I was able to use my blue light card discount, and while I may have paid more than if I had gone with other manufacturers of similar products, I know and feel confident that I have bought a product that is both safe and comfortable for my child, which I am also sure will endure regular use for many years, having purchased maxi cosi products, which was also a draw, as for me, the brand has gained my trust as a quality manufacturer
