A well made product with easy clean features. I was disappointed to read with the enclosed information that once baby is able to stand, the maxi-cosi chair is no longer suitable. I am sure I read in the literature that led me to choose this item that it would serve baby until 24 months old. As most babies, and certainly all the babies in my family, are able to stand by 10 months old, this was disaappointing to learn. However, not worth returning, but probably would not have gone with this chair if I had been aware. I would have chosen something cheaper. However, It will be someone else's gain as I pass it on to another family when no longer safe for ours.

Good build quality, but major design flaws with the electronics
I recently purchased this Maxi-Cosi bathtub with the built-in temperature probe. While the tub itself has really good build quality and feels sturdy, the design of the electronic components is incredibly poorly thought out for an item that holds water.
There are two major flaws:
1. Exposed USB-C Port: The charging section is located on the back of the bathtub and does not have any kind of rubber seal or cover to protect it. It is completely exposed to water, which feels like a massive oversight and a safety hazard.
2. Hanging Wires: The wire for the temperature probe is just left hanging loose. For a premium baby product, this should absolutely be concealed or integrated into the plastic housing to keep it out of the way.
Overall, the physical tub is great, but I cannot highly recommend it until the manufacturer fixes these glaring design issues with the charging port and wiring. Water and exposed electronics are not a good mix.

Great website, really pleased with the quickness of the delivery. We’ve ordered from the site twice now. The only thing I would say is the changing mat we ordered was described as ‘beige’ colour but it was grey so had to return as I’m not a fan of anything grey. Re-ordered the same changing mat in the terra which came as a dusty pink colour and it’s perfect.

Best CAR SEAT ever!!!
First I contacted the chat for advice on a car seat for my 12mths + and I was given the link and that gave me time to go directly to what was needed rather than browse a few products and not know what to select. After being satisfied with product features, I made the order, which was on sale so extra value for money and the delivery was super quick too, it said 3-5 days but I had it on day 2. The seat is phenomenal, the 360° turn is exciting and one of my fave features but the comfortability of the cushioning, the way my son can sit up without feeling squashed and especially since this is the car seat he will grow up in, makes it so very convenient. My car seat woes are behind me, I wish I had gone for a maxi Cosi from birth but better late than never!! I am beyond happy with my purchase!!!

I felt a bit misled when purchasing Pearl XL Slide Pro. Most of the images show car seat connected to a base & the description even talks about the seat sliding in and out. The name of the car seat even suggests it slides so assume a base comes with it. No where in the description clear says a base has to be bought separately for the seat to be usable. I had to spend another £200 on a base.

Tough if you have a floor ottoman
I don’t like that the legs are on a spring system. Makes life very hard when you have a floor ottoman as you can’t lock them in. If I was figuring out how to secure it to my bed with the straps on my own with the spring legs, I would have just returned it but my partner figured it out. The illustration only instruction manual is not helpful either, need words!

Wrong car seat delivered in Fame + Slide Tech Bundle (New Gen)
There is an issue with the Fame + Slide Tech Bundle (New Generation) that I ordered online. I had ordered the oak truffle color and the baby car seat was coral slide pro of oak truffle color on the website. What I received is pebble slide pro that too of colour black. And the bundle that I ordered is no longer visible on the website. I am in conversation with the customer support team to try and resolve this and I hope that it gets resolved soon.
