My order 2021135 was returned last week. I traced the package and it was received back at your warehouse last Saturday 24/01/26. I have not received confirmation of receipt, and am awaiting my refund.
A previous order i placed didn't arrive, and after 3/4 weeks I rang to chase. I was told the wig was not available.
No one emailed me to advise this, I had to chase the info.
1. Why was the wig on your website if it was not available?
2. Why could you not have emailed me to let me know i was waiting for a wig that wasn't going to arrive?

Your return was received by security at our warehouse site on Saturday the 24th. It was then relocated to our warehouse on Monday the 26th, processed, and refunded earlier today.

Having lost my hair due to chemotherapy treatment, this is my second wig. I had one provided via the hospital which is an Image wig and then bought some care products and now have the bug !
