Waited for a good while for these to come back in stock. I had them before and they were the best I ever had. I have been wearing a wig for over 40 years and tried many different ones before. They were well worth the wait. So comfortable and soft.

I was sent a faulty item. There are hair missing at the temple. I ordered her especially for New Years eve so asked if it could be exchanged at their branch as it was only days before the occasion but wasn't allowed to do that. So now I'm stuck with her and need to be careful not to put hair away. I spent so much on a wig not to need to worry about such things. Overall not a good experience as wigs should be inspected before being sent. On top of that she looked like she was being used as a tag inside cap wasn't looking perfectly clean so I would speculate that she was being returned before by someone else and instead being removed from stock or fixed was sold again with hopes that the next person would not return it. Overall not a good experience.

I have been your regular customer for many years. I order the same product regularly. I rate my previous orders with 5 stars, but the last one with 3. The product I received showed no signs of wear, but it was obvious that the wig had been tried on, and I knew it by: the packaging (the paper covering the wig in the box was slightly crumpled, the parting at the top, which is always arranged in a zigzag, was combed (straight) and the hair showed signs of brushing.

The delivery was very good and the product is excellent quality. The problem lies when trying to get a refund for VAT. I sent 3 emails confirming I was keeping the item and didn't get any response to the emails and had to telephone the office. Other UK suppliers deduct the VAT at point of purchase and I don't understand why Natural Image cannot implement the same policy. Getting a refund on the VAT element is what goes against this Company.

Not as good as they used to be

Ordered from here for a few years but recently found that the colours have altered somewhat and have between 10:45 and sizes sent have been incorrect. Customer services at times are a nightmare to deal with. Reluctant to order as problems with pieces and have to pay to return

We have tried to contact you several times regarding your comments as we really wanted to understand what the issue was with the products. You mentioned that they were not the 'right colour' or the 'right size' however we can see that you ordered 2 petite wigs in colour 16, which were sent to you. If these were the incorrect size and colour we do apologise, however, we wanted to understand better what the problem was so we can talk to our supplier and resolve the issue. (Eg- is the colour is very different to it used to be, or was it the wrong colour altogether? or was the size too large or small? ) We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Disappointed with order process

We were charged x2 for this wig - were told we would get a full refund and some goodies would be sent with the order as an apology, as it was a computer glitch at their end - got a refund but it wasn’t for the full amount it was less the postage charge which we already paid on the original order, plus no goodies were sent as promised. Disappointed that this happened as the wig is nice.

The problem is the complete lack of communication from the company to its' clients - send an acknowledgement of the sale by email - advise the anticipated shipment date - advise when delays are identified

Returned a wig for a straight exchange 19 days ago, no contact from N Image apart from my call to them to ask why so long for delivery. I was told it was “being sent”- but still no sign of it.

I'm sorry the wig you ordered was not what you expected. We always want our customers to be happy with their product. A refund will be processed to the account you paid with you within 10 working days of receiving it back to our warehouse. .
