I loved the fact that the results guided real changes in my diet. And these changes helped me to solve long lasting health problems, like a chronic diarrhea. I received the results super quickly and they are easy to interpret. It was great to have insights about deficiencies and even metal intolerance (I have a lot of body piercings and it will definitely help in future purchases). It would help if there was a clear note that the list of items in the results are ONLY those items I am sensitive to, as at first sight it gave me the impression that I was intolerant to everything that was tested. Also, an initial email making it clear that well not receive anything in our address, we should just go ahead and send the hair to the address - I saw some customers complaining they never received their kits, so making it a bit clearer that there’s no kit to be received would help

I did my first sensitivity check one year ago, I took on board what it said and made a few changes, spent a fortune on supplements it suggested I was low on.
One year on and I retook the test, and maybe due to my own lack of understanding everything had changed. A new set of vitamin deficiencies, different foods I am sensitive too and last time I had a sensitivity to budgerigar’s and this year I don’t but do to wasps 🤷🏻♀️ surely you are either sensitive to things or not, otherwise how are you ever meant to conquer these things. I get it’s just a hair strand test, and not overly priced but even so how can everything be different?

Shocking customer service
Never received my test kit after ordering. Order raised on website with expedited delivery on 12th Feb and charged to my credit card. 15th Feb no email received, spent 45 min waiting on webchat, at one point it disconnected me saying it had no response from me when it told me to wait for an agent. I reconnected and waited in total 45 min. I sent an email on 15th explaining the matter asking for help advising no email, no order number. No response until 20th Feb asking for order number, i replied on 23rd with snapshot from bank confirming the charge and explaining no email, no order number. 9 days later still no reply. No testkit, no email, no response, shocking customer service.

I believe I have been scammed.
I sent my sample off 4 weeks ago and have not received any results. 2 weeks in to the wait, I contacted an agent who told me to wait a little longer. 2 weeks after this I tried to contact 2 other agents who have been absolutely no use. Remmy had no customer service skills and did not answer my question when I asked for a new test kit. Remmy did not even respond, and passed me on to Donna, again, who did not respond. I am now left stuck, and I want my money back, or a new test kit as it has clearly been lost in the post. I am so disappointed

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now and not heard back. I contacted sensitivity check via email twice, asking for an update on my order. No response. I checked with the post tracking number and my hair sample was received. I contacted sensitivity check via live chat but the person was not helpful and did not resolve the issue. I sent another email and forwarded the conversation from the chat. I still haven't heard back. I would like a refund and am wondering what is happening with my hair sample. Very poor experience. Is it a scam? Would not recommend.

Confusing results!
Vegetarian by choice, now vegan by necessity as developed a severe intolerance to dairy products. I’m usually ill within 2 hours of eating any dairy products.
While cheese and milk were not specifically listed, the results showed a 94% sensitively to condensed milk - as I would have expected. However, my gut biomes were all high and the advice was to eat more dairy products like yoghurt and cheese!!
It also showed a high - 97% - sensitivity to soya. I eat a LOT of that and never had a problem.

Customer service is diabolical and non-existent. I’ve been asking for a refund after they lost my hair sample but they refuse to even acknowledge my emails. When Ive been on chat all I get is this is being forwarded but no one gets back to me. I just want my money back from a service they have not provided. Wouldn’t recommend to any one.

3 weeks and still not sure if sample has been received, chat said to give 5-10 days for second class post to arrive which is strange considering sample instructions advise to post soon after hair samples are taken.
Now chat system is not working to get a response so feels like a waste of money and time! Would not recommend

It’s a con. Would not recommend.
I already know I can’t eat anything with Soya, Soya did not come up on my test.
I also sent in 2 tests from myself with different names a week apart, the results are different in every category. These should be exactly the same. Clearly something is not right with your testing.

I have received no emails from them I also had to email them to send me what I had to do and they gave me no information about how to send my sample and they haven’t received my sample yet and haven’t contacted me at all I’m so disappointed about this service and I’ve sent my sample 2 weeks ago

Did not receive my order, very poor disappointing service
I never received my order, contacted sensitivity Ireland and they said they had no record of my order although I was charged and I showed my PayPal receipt for the order. I was told someone else would be in contact with me but still waiting… very poor service.
