I loved the fact that the results guided real changes in my diet. And these changes helped me to solve long lasting health problems, like a chronic diarrhea. I received the results super quickly and they are easy to interpret. It was great to have insights about deficiencies and even metal intolerance (I have a lot of body piercings and it will definitely help in future purchases). It would help if there was a clear note that the list of items in the results are ONLY those items I am sensitive to, as at first sight it gave me the impression that I was intolerant to everything that was tested. Also, an initial email making it clear that well not receive anything in our address, we should just go ahead and send the hair to the address - I saw some customers complaining they never received their kits, so making it a bit clearer that there’s no kit to be received would help

I did my first sensitivity check one year ago, I took on board what it said and made a few changes, spent a fortune on supplements it suggested I was low on.
One year on and I retook the test, and maybe due to my own lack of understanding everything had changed. A new set of vitamin deficiencies, different foods I am sensitive too and last time I had a sensitivity to budgerigar’s and this year I don’t but do to wasps 🤷🏻♀️ surely you are either sensitive to things or not, otherwise how are you ever meant to conquer these things. I get it’s just a hair strand test, and not overly priced but even so how can everything be different?

Unsure if this is just a scam or not?
We tested out son who has had severe reactions to cashews and this wasn't reflected on the results of this test. Is it just a load of general results unrelated to the patient?

Confusing results!
Vegetarian by choice, now vegan by necessity as developed a severe intolerance to dairy products. I’m usually ill within 2 hours of eating any dairy products.
While cheese and milk were not specifically listed, the results showed a 94% sensitively to condensed milk - as I would have expected. However, my gut biomes were all high and the advice was to eat more dairy products like yoghurt and cheese!!
It also showed a high - 97% - sensitivity to soya. I eat a LOT of that and never had a problem.

A quick turnaround from posting to results and an easy straightforward process, but I have found the results overwhelming and hard to understand as so many sensitivities were picked up. I haven't heard of many of the ones itemised and will need to do a lot of searching online to sense of it all. Not really what I was hoping for.

The results are very generic and not specific of what I’m allergic to or not which is what I was expecting from an intolerance test.
I do know of some allergic reactions I have and they are not even listed on test.
I feel the cost of the test was a waste of money as results are too broad and nearly cover every food. If I were to omit everything they specified I would have a very small list of foods that I can eat.

I’m not sure the results are accurate
I’m not sure about the results, I hoped to see allergies to things I know I have some sensitivity to however I’m sensitive to everything i enjoy !
Also it said I had no hormone issues and all looks good yet I’m in menopause so I expected this to show. Confused and disappointed tbh

A poor service
In comparison to other tests I have had with companies offering this service, I found this to be lacking a great deal of information. I am thankful that I had the test done when it was on special offer as I would have felt ‘ripped off’ if I had paid full price.

Probably as disappointed as I expected
Not really sure of the science behind this, but felt it was worth a punt for £20. Results pretty useless - some of the top scores were things I'm not at all sensitive too, and those things I'm known to be allergic to didn't come up at all.
