I loved the fact that the results guided real changes in my diet. And these changes helped me to solve long lasting health problems, like a chronic diarrhea. I received the results super quickly and they are easy to interpret. It was great to have insights about deficiencies and even metal intolerance (I have a lot of body piercings and it will definitely help in future purchases). It would help if there was a clear note that the list of items in the results are ONLY those items I am sensitive to, as at first sight it gave me the impression that I was intolerant to everything that was tested. Also, an initial email making it clear that well not receive anything in our address, we should just go ahead and send the hair to the address - I saw some customers complaining they never received their kits, so making it a bit clearer that there’s no kit to be received would help

I did my first sensitivity check one year ago, I took on board what it said and made a few changes, spent a fortune on supplements it suggested I was low on.
One year on and I retook the test, and maybe due to my own lack of understanding everything had changed. A new set of vitamin deficiencies, different foods I am sensitive too and last time I had a sensitivity to budgerigar’s and this year I don’t but do to wasps 🤷🏻♀️ surely you are either sensitive to things or not, otherwise how are you ever meant to conquer these things. I get it’s just a hair strand test, and not overly priced but even so how can everything be different?

Results given did seem to be a little strange, in as much I had a red marker against Wheat which doesn't seem to affect me in any way. And my wife had a red marker against Brussel sprouts! She loves them, and they don't appear to have any adverse effects over her. We probably would not consider a repeat of the test.

I thought it was a proper sensitivity check but turns out it's just 'bioresonance therapy' which holds no grounds in science
Can't say it was very clear about this when I was purchasing it but I'll also admit to it being my own fault for not reading it properly
Good thing fake science is cheap so I can't argue really 😊

testing good but sensitivities questionable.
Whilst there is obviously some testing being done here (results prove this for my case as i work with some unusual materials which were picked up) the actual sensitivity results seem to focus more on what was detected rather than what the sensitivity's may be.
It focuses on things that i eat or drink a lot of in my diet and alludes to nothing else that i do not eat.
Not something that i would use to base an exclusion diet on.

Not 100% accurate
I have an intolerance to dairy that did not show up on the list and I am fine with a lot of foods that it says I'm intolerant to, like prawns. I have been having issues lately with my diet and was hoping this would help, but it has caused a bit of confusion. The only thing it solidified for me was Barley being an issue.

After you buy it, there is no way to refund
Customer service team members are nice and kind but it won’t change the truth that my blood test was lost though my post tracking info told me that it was delivered already. The first customer service agent told me I couldn’t ask for a refund as it was less than 21 business days after my blood test was shipped so they could not define it as lost. The second agent told me I could not request for a refund as it was more than 30 days (days! Not business days!) after my purchase! I purchased, then it took 4 days to arrive, then I prepared the blood test and sent on the 5th day after purchase. Then another 21 business days which means 29 days before claiming lost! Oh wow wow wow! So you can never claim for a refund when your sample is lost as after 21 business days, it has exceeded the 30 days limit for refund!

Improvements needed
I’m still waiting for the results so can’t comment on those but the general service is a little lacking. The website is misleading and while I paid for the “48 hour tracked return” they actually have no idea where the sample is as they don’t keep tracking information and it took a week to actually arrive!

I received quick emails to send my sample and have received this rate me survey but still have not received my results even though I paid for the quicker results. These we send and received at sensitivity screening 2 weeks ago.

Not sure if this test has given me any real insight to be honest. The foods that have come up on the test have given me little left to choose from and some environmental sensitivities were quite humerus, who knew you could be intolerant to pigeon droppings!?
