Bad service
There is no after care I have been trying to get in touch with them for 48hrs I have tried WhatsApp, messages, and calls all I want to do is cancel an order, you can do that half an hour after your order was placed but you can’t do this after the hours of 5pm
Awful, ordered at the beginning of December, not even dispatched yet, it’s now the 9th December and no response from customer services on when my tree will dispatched. Fingers crossed it will actually be delivered before Christmas

I have called and requested for a Manager to call me - guess what, absolutely nothing.
Balsam Hill emailed to say my tree had been dispatched. This is clearly not the case as 5 days later the Fed Ex has still not received it from them
Problem with delivery which was eventually cancelled by Balsam Hill. I established that there is a fault with their website not transcribing information correctly. Despite it being their error they would not raise a new order, I had to do it myself and their customer service was polite but very poor. Not what you exit t when they promote themselves as a premium retailer.
Still waiting on delivery. Very late
Chose this brand mainly due to quick delivery time. Said it would be here between 3rd-5th of December. After many web chats still waiting on this tree. They said it was dispatched last week now nobody seems to know where it is.
You sent me this to rate your product but you did not deliver my product - your processes don't work, you don't communication, you don't answer your phone and you have not processed my cancellation. Poor at best!
Order arrived with a part missing. Contacted customer services, still waiting for a response. Tree itself is disappointing, other than advantage of pre-lit, it looks no better quality than my £60 B&Q tree.
My order hasn’t been delivered but I’m being asked for feedback so a bit of a joke really. Starting to think I’ll have Christmas without a tree.
Should you not use DPD rather than Royal Mail. No tracking currently
We have asked for a return label - e-mail sent with no label, chased several times and tried getting through on the phone (which is impossible) - still wating for the return label to be sent.
I’m still waiting on the delivery despite a dispatch notification over a week ago. Using the tracking, it shows as not dispatched. It’s obviously needed prior to Xmas so starting to get tune sensitive now.
Didnt receive the bsgs that was promised in box.find the tree overbpriced for what it is.seen cheaper other places as good if not better.customer service stated have to wait for one of the bags out of stock.not good enough as i paid for all in box?
I would love to be able to give a proper rating, however two weeks after item is showing as ‘dispatched’ tracking shows it still in Balsam Hill warehouse! Dreadful service.
