The customer service is shocking
My last 2 orders are late. I have spent hours trying to get through. Sent emails again no response.
The trees are fantastic I have bought 3 in the last year but I’m afraid once I receive my orders or if lost a refund I will not be using them again
Very poor quality tree, definitely not worth the money, branches look very unrealistic, it has an over powering smell of plastic and the plug doesn’t even reach the floor, so tried the tree right next to the socket and still needed an extension lead which looked awful hanging g from the tree.
This tree is definitely not as described or pictured on the website, Balsam Hill have agreed to refund but not the £11.99 delivery and £15.00 return postage ( why it’s different I do not know) so for the pleasure of this substandard tree I will have to pay £26.99 in delivery and return costs. I was so disappointed, I would not be returning if it was as described.
Still waiting for product. Tracking codes are useless. Have been advised of delivery delays a week after placing order - this should have been made clear before orders can be placed so that sutomers are aware. Still no tracking update available. Very unhappy with current service.

Send out products in a more timely manner. Also your customer service is awful I actually thought I was being scammed when I contacted your contact center for information. They didn’t know what they were doing and could not understand them

BH Nordmann Fir Broken leaves
I’ve just opened my tree to put it up, and when opening the ribbon leaves/branches fell off. I’m afraid to fluff it up as they seem to snap off easily, 3 so far which have completed broken off and no way to reattach and one that is about to break off (see picture). It’s the unwired leaves that have broken off. I had hopped that this would last a long time but is already falling apart before even one use.
Over priced Trees!
Tree still boxed from delivery- don’t know if all lights work yet. Very disappointed with customer services. Tree went to 50% sale and free delivery, I enquired about the price promise for the difference which is over £100 and refused as outside of the 14 day window. So I would have to send the tree back to get the refund order all over against the cheaper price. Ridiculous!
I am still waiting for my garlands which where ordered and money taken on December 2nd yet no notice. Or explanation about the delayed delivery ….. in fact they signed it off as delivered and want me to praise they for their service… Disgraceful
You are asking for feedback but I've not received item yet and there is no update from Royal Mail about my parcel yet.
