Item not received. Balsam hill says item on its way, parcel force says they haven't received it yet. That's express 24! This is now day 9 since ordering and no updates.

I received an email on Dec 1st stating that my order had been dispatched. As of today Dec 7th it still has not arrived. I received another email on Dec 5th stating the order would be shipped in 3 -6 days. Which email is correct? I have also received 2 emails asking for feedback!! If my tree does not arrived by Dec 8th I will cancel the order and expect a full refund with out any additional hassle. Improvements that can be made are, accurate delivery information. No misleading emails. And greater transparency if there are difficulties in fulfilling orders.
