Superb quality realistic Christmas tree. I have just erected it to check everything was as ordered. Assembly instructions are very easy to follow. The lights look wonderful and I can’t wait to decorate this tree in December 2026. I have decided to keep everything in the delivery box as it is very robust rather than the bag supplied.

I love my tree and how quickly it got to me the only problem was the postage it was Royal Mail parcel force .I filled in a request to deliver the next working day as I wasn’t in the day they wanted to deliver.I got a reply saying yes that was good ,no not good the driver left the tree on the doorstep didn’t ring my ring doorbell .Good job I have a nice neighbour who saw it and took it in for me as it was raining .Tried getting hold of parcel force but impossible to speak to anyone .This was a £499 tree .You need to change delivery people

Superb quality, we have had the tree a few years now, and it is as beautiful as ever, I have just bought the XL cover on wheels, of course I haven’t tried it out yet, we have been struggling putting the four pieces away in the original two boxes and both bags which came with the tree, an awful lot to store! Fingers crossed, the cover will be perfect, I don’t doubt the quality.

We have always purchased a real Christmas tree, however, this year we decided to buy an artificial tree. After a great deal of research and deliberation, we bought the 6ft 5” BH fir tree, prelit.
It’s in place and suitably fluffed. It’s rather a game changer for us. So much easier and can be decorated at our leisure, rather than in a mad panic Christmas Eve. I miss the pine scent, but this can be overcome. Overall, we are happy with our transition from a real tree. Good choice.

Have downsized from a 6ft tree which although still in perfect condition was too big and heavy for me to retrieve from my loft. The tree has arrived in good condition. I put it together to make sure the lights work and they do. Obviously haven't decorated it we will save that for next year. Due to a high demand, I was informed that there would be a delay in the tree arriving, but still only took 8 days. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box, there was a waterproof storage bag etc. I have just completed erecting the tree and I am highly delighted of the high quality of the tree. Height excellent. Lights great and a breeze to put up. Loved the way tree was packaged with ribbon on each section, thought that was a nice touch.
After a long time fluffing middle of tree still looked thin and sticklike. But I think I will get better at fluffing and also need to put decorations deeper to hide central pole. Overall height, slim shape and realistic branches are what I hoped for.

I’m a good fan of balsam hill
I purchased a lovely tree last year . And brought some decorations this year . I have to say they have been the best customer service I have ever received. Believe you me I have purchased a lot of goods from some high end stores and companies over the years. But none of which can top this company.

Xmas tree, storage and baubles
Ordered a variety of of baubles and a slim Christmas tree. So beautiful, items were packaged so incredibly well. Also ordered the storage on wheels. Baubles look very bespoke not what you would find in your normal store and will make our Christmas’ in the future look very homely and special

I cannot fault the delivery , but I have had a few issues with the tree itself.
On the lowest tier of the tree, one of the lowest branches is heavily bent. I may try and manipulate the branch back into position but for a £500 tree !
Should I really be doing this ? I personally don’t think so
When I was placing the top section onto the middle section, I noticed quite a few scratches around the top of the middle section , that suggests to me this has been returned before or appalling quality control measures in place. It looks used !
And to finish things off, when it is completely assembled on my FLAT living room floor, the tree leans in one direction and after tightening the wing screw at the bottom, it appears to do nothing. I will need to use cardboard etc to level this off.
Could someone please entertain this feedback and put this right.

I am happy with the quality of the garland, this matches our Norway spruce tree for this year, the lights on the garland matches the tree lights. True needle effect, this longer length will go below our bedroom balcony over the lounge.
