Still waiting…
I am still awaiting confirmation that my order has been dispatched and collected by the courier. When I followed this up on 11/12, I was advised by BH that the order was already in the courier’s possession. However, after contacting the courier the following day, they confirmed that they had not yet received the shipment and subsequently raised an inquiry.
BH then contacted me to advise that the order would be handed over to the courier on either 12/12 or 15/12. At this point, my order has been sitting in a warehouse for over a week, and I have received conflicting information regarding its status. This has been disappointing, particularly given the cost of the item.
I would appreciate a clear update on the dispatch and delivery status. If the order is not delivered by 17/12, I will need to discuss next steps. Additionally, I expect the Christmas tree to arrive in perfect condition.

Although it’s well made and fits nicely in the gap where I wanted it, I feel the foliage could be a little fuller at the bottom, I also think the lights would look better if they were the micro lights and have the option of a timer
Our tree was nice but wasn’t straight and the pot it came in wasn’t level at the top
Fast delivery and speedy refund for the first tree which was too small (our fault). Easy return system. Same prompt delivery of the second tree which is perfect for our needs.

I really wanted to love this tree , but in reality it's not a full as the photo. There are gaps and it's sparse in places and you can see right t
hrough. I have paid less in the past for a better quality tree. The packaging , bag included and gloves etc are all great additions, but ultimately the tree itself is disappointing .
We have always had our trees from here and they have always been perfect
I know Balsam hill products are excellent as my daughter has one of their Christmas trees & its beautiful even now after many years

Storage bag inadequate
We like the tree (tho it is a little plastic looking). However our main issue is that the tree does NOT fit in the carry bag! And that’s even BEFORE it has been used at all !! Surely that should be addressed?
So easy to assemble .. lights are very pretty. Little details such as gloves are fantastic.

Tree is lovely but five tips broken in the box and other two full tips are hanging on by a thread.
With all the fluffing in the world, the tree we purchased wouldnt look good. For the cost and considering the tree dropped in price by £100 a few days after purchasing, not the wow we were hoping for.
