I won't go into detail about the product quality because it’s classic Bolesławiec pottery, which is simply phenomenal. However, I want to give a huge shout-out to the store for the excellent packaging. The items had to survive a long journey by sea and air, not to mention the various ways couriers handle parcels. My order was bound for the Shetland Islands and arrived in less than a week!
The shipping speed was excellent, and the prices are very satisfying. I didn't need to contact customer service, so I can't comment on that. My overall rating at this moment is top-notch (A+). I will definitely be back to expand my collection!

The actual pottery looks good and is usefully robust. I have a lot of it which I had bought elsewhere.. UPDATE blue Pot got back to me after the holiday rush and had set aside the correct item for me, letting me keep the incorrect one. it was a gift and I received the replacement in time. overall, very happy with the service and appreciated the friendly manner and efforts to rectify the situation for me. further the pottery is just as I had hoped, beautiful, robust and fits the set. thank you
