I absolutely love this Polish pottery. The designs are beautiful and it is very robust. I have had the mugs for years and they are in the dish washer every day. Never fade never chip.
This teapot is gorgeous. I love it
Very well packed and hassle free order and delivery. Thank you

I love Blue Dot Pottery, because it's excellent quality and gives me the ability to mix and match my blues and whites. My butter dish is exactly what I was looking for, and looks exactly like the display pictures and I'm thrilled with it.
My only complaint is the extortionate postal charge.

I order Bolesławiec ceramics very frequently and each time it's a great pleasure. The delivery is always fantastically fast, the products are carefully packed, and the communication is polite, efficient, and top-notch. Shopping here is pure pleasure — I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Everything was good, although some of your later emails were in Polish, which I don’t speak I assumed they were telling me the items were on their way, although they might have been asking for feedback - who knows!

The teapot is a perfect size for two cups of tea. It is beautifully glazed, dishwasher safe and stands up to daily use perfectly. Customer service was excellent and the packaging and delivery service was equally good. I have bought several pieces of this pottery before and have never been disappointed.

Lovely items, well packaged
Items arrived in good time and well packaged, very happy!
Only feedback would be it would have been nice to get an email confirming when the order dispatched rather than just relying on the Royal Mail tracking emails where it wasn't immediately clear that the sender was this shop.

Amazing! This is my second purchase from this store, and once again, I am extremely satisfied.
I won't go into detail about the product quality because it’s classic Bolesławiec pottery, which is simply phenomenal. However, I want to give a huge shout-out to the store for the excellent packaging. The items had to survive a long journey by sea and air, not to mention the various ways couriers handle parcels. My order was bound for the Shetland Islands and arrived in less than a week!
The shipping speed was excellent, and the prices are very satisfying. I didn't need to contact customer service, so I can't comment on that. My overall rating at this moment is top-notch (A+). I will definitely be back to expand my collection!

Great company!
I have ordered many items from Blue Dot Pottery. They stock really lovely designs, the website is easy to navigate, and delivery is efficient. Items are well wrapped to minimise risk of damage during transit. It is my go to shop for polish pottery. Thank you for a great service.

Blue dot pottery
I use my blue dot pottery plates and bowls daily and have bought them as gifts for friends and family. They are very robust, stand up to daily dishwasher use and are a pleasure to use.
My only issue with my recent order is that there were a lot out of stock so choice of patterns were limited.

Lovely dishes
I’ve bought pottery from here 3 or 4 times and it arrives unbroken and fairly quickly (especially if it’s direct from Poland?) . It’s good, solid and the patterns are very pretty.

Really beautiful butter dish that holds probably about half a block of butter. Perfect for using on a dining table when you don’t want to give over too much space to a standard/larger butter dish.
The service and delivery all went to plan and I’m really happy overall. Would definitely use this company again.

Gorgeous sturdy yet pretty butter dish, with a ridge to ensure butter stays central. A birthday present for my husband who loves it!
Excellently packaged - enough wrapping to ensure it was safe in the post, but not excessive amounts of packaging.

Tubby Mug
I bought a couple of these tubby mugs about 10 years ago and I’m so pleased they’re still around! I bought a large one this time and I love it. Also speedy delivery! Thank you ☺️

I love this company's products .
They are beautiful and excellent quality.
Once ordered they arrive on time via the royal mail. I highly recommend this company.
Although they have been out of stock on most of the middle sized round mugs for a long time I hope that they are planning to restock soon as I would love to buy more.

lovely company to buy from
Well, I received an incorrect order And I haven’t heard back from my request on how to rectify this.
The actual pottery looks good and is usefully robust. I have a lot of it which I had bought elsewhere.. UPDATE blue Pot got back to me after the holiday rush and had set aside the correct item for me, letting me keep the incorrect one. it was a gift and I received the replacement in time. overall, very happy with the service and appreciated the friendly manner and efforts to rectify the situation for me. further the pottery is just as I had hoped, beautiful, robust and fits the set. thank you
