My pipe tobacco has arrived on time in perfect condition. You have a huge variety to choose from, making it very difficult to decide which ones to go for (wonderful problem). Keep up the good work. If I was to split hairs I would suggest avoiding repetition in different places on the web site. Ie, if you are selling a tobacco in 25g, 50, & 100g put them all in one place on the website & nowhere else. I can be a little discombobulated at times but I suspect I'm not the only one. Other than that, lovely job.

Generally very good with respect to quality of cigars and delivery. Web site is difficult to deal with. Despite having an account, ordering frequently , and ticking the remember me box, more often than not it is necessary to log on. This often doesn’t work. Phone last time I tried only to be told to try another search engine. Also was told that I cannot order over the phone. Very frustrating for a septuagenarian technophobe.
