Misleading
I ordered from skatepor.uk (in pounds) on 19 March.
Thinking this would be a quick delivery for a UK order.
It is now 26 March and nothing has arrived, other than an email asking for feedback.
Turns out the company is Danish and the parts are coming from Belgium. This is not stated anywhere. Had I known I would have bought somewhere else.
The website is misleading.
On the tracker I can see it has been in a UK depot for the last three days and not moving.
What next ... do I get to pay import on a product that appears to come from the UK?

We have a website ending in .uk to show the correct currency, delivery time etc for UK customers. Our company is based in Denmark, you can also find this information on our website. :)
We have warehouses in Denmark and Belgium, so all orders are shipped from one of these 2 countries.
There are no import duties to pay.

Made an order and paid for it and two weeks later still not received delivery.
Son had a competition and needed all the new items he purchased but they never came
Then informed a week later that there had been a mix up and the wrong parcel was sent out, so I then received the wrong order and only when that was sent back my original order was sent out...1 week on from that still nothing and not even an offer of discount or something to compensate the error on their behalf
