Poor Courier Service - Otherwise good company :)
We placed our order on 16/04/2026 and are yet to receive the item (time of writing is 23/04/2026 5PM). The courier attempted a delivery on 22/04/2026 but didn't leave the item despite saying they would as no signature was required.
The courier has not returned next working day as promised. We have no feedback on the item yet.
Away from the courier letting them down, it seems like a good company :)

Great skates (K2) and all as described! A bit more information/ correspondence that they were sent, when to expect them, which courier, when will they arrive etc would have been good but quickly received (1 week).

You can have five stars. Quick delivery was quick and you get what you order. Only issue I noticed was when using the roces website to register a confirm skates it didn’t recognise the number.

nice shop, lower prices and free delivery is great. If the website was easier to navigate would be great, eg. if Im looking for inliners then all of the inliners should be there including freestyle and others.

Delivery is ridiculous
Don't buy from here if you need anything important, you'll be waiting at least a week and they have the cheek to put a fee on it. God willing everything works, as getting it replaced would be a half a month (AT LEAST) process from the beginning.
For Skatepro, maybe don't reach out for a review before products have arrived.

We are based in Denmark so the parcel has to go through customs to get to you in the UK, this is why delivery times are a bit longer for UK.
