The Masters In Time website is extremely easy to use and find what you're looking for. Great variety of brands and product. In my case, I've purchased several OEM bands for my Citizen and Seiko watches and watch builds. This latest purchase was for a OEM titanium bracelet for the Citizen Tsuno Chrono Racer that came with a leather racing style strap, I saw an earlier version on a titanium bracelet, loved it, and sure enough, Masters In Time had one in stock ... could not be happier with this purchase, and the others I've made here (have a 22 mm Citizen stainless steel bracelet from them coming in today). Shop with confidence, everything I've ordered has had fast shipping from them, are well packaged, and exactly as they describe it ... always my first stop when shopping bands/straps/bracelets.

Inflexible customer service staff
Purchased two watch straps. Prior to ordering I emailed and asked customer service whether they could deliver using PostNL (Dutch Post), and got the answer of 'NO', despite I had previously received deliveries from PostNL (and I told customer service). I was also told to choose SpringXPS - which was in my own experience quite unreliable (once taking forever to send out the goods).
I ordered anyway using the online shopping system, and specify 'Delivery via PostNL please'. The order was then sent using PostNL, anyway (probably by smarter warehouse/despatch staff). Just don't understand why customer service people had to be so inflexible and difficult to customers.

For deliveries to Australia, PostNL is unfortunately not a direct shipping option we can offer. The available options for your address were Spring and DHL Express, and your order was shipped with Spring, which is connected to PostNL but is not the same as a direct PostNL shipment.
We understand that you would have preferred a different carrier, especially based on your earlier delivery experiences. At the same time, our customer service team can only advise and arrange the shipping methods that are actually available for the destination country. Everything was great, the offers are alright. The only thing I found strange was that the delivery time when you order is clear, but when you've paid and your order gets confirmed, the confirmed date is longer. The item arrived within the first given time, but I lost some of my trust when a different date was confirmed AFTER I had paid. Don't do this please.

I love the watch strap and it arrived a day earlier than promised. HOWEVER, surely you could have included those two little pins that are needed to attach the strap. One of the pins on the original strap was broken and couldn’t be used. My jeweler had to improvise. The strap, which is essentially plastic, cost 30 euros. For that price, you should provide replacement pins.

Regarding the pins, most brands do not include spring bars with replacement straps, as they are usually reused from the original strap. For this reason, we always recommend adding new spring bars as an accessory when ordering a replacement strap, especially if the originals are worn or damaged.
