I love the really lovely multi clip deep waist suspender belts it’s just such a shame that they don’t do matching sets of underwear (I appreciate that it would vastly increase their need for stock holding as so many size combinations would be required) as often difficult to find Bra and panties to complement the colours

Very swift and courteous service. I had to return an item as I had made a mistake in sizing it. I returned the item and a replacement was sent out immediately. The quality of both items was excellent.

There was no issue at all with the product, or the actual delivery. The problem was that there was no emailed order confirmation. This fails to meet the statutory requirements, and left me wondering whether I was the victim of fraud. I only knew that the order was acknowledged, when the package arrived. If I could separate the ratings, I'd give zero stars for the ordering process, 4 for actual delivery, and 5 for the product. To be absolutely clear, no confirmation was sent to my email, junk folder, spam folder or otherwise, and it makes me angry that the vendor asserts this. There is also no question that the email address was correct, because I did receive notifications from Royal Mail about delivery.
