Almost flawless functioning of the e-Sims considering that I have used them in Cuba and, above all, great professionalism of the operators who, realizing that I was constantly purchasing new e-Sims thinking that I had run out of GB, wrote to me notifying me of this and offering to cancel the extra purchases and immediately receive the relevant refunds.

Ho comprato la eSim ma su ben tre dispositivi non ha funzionato. Ho richiesto il rimborso ma mi è stato negato. Non capisco perché non è possibile il rimborso. E' impossibile elencare tutti i dispositivi su cui poter utilizzare la eSim ma bisogna prevedere il rimborso se non è compatibile, altrimenti diventa una truffa.

I bought a $40 eSIM for Rwanda that did not work. Found out later that they are illegal, but did not get my money back. Shame indeed.
