1. I liked the construction of the gazebo quite sturdy.
2. advertise the true size after it was put together it measured 2.7mt x 3.7mt that was to the outside of the posts in both width and length
Parcels open on delivery useless parcel delivery service. First batch sent back half the order arrived and that parcel was busted. Second try two parcels arrived ok welll packed the other busted open with parts missind .check the photo this is how it arrived in the delivery truck parts missing. I am waiting for the parts missing to arrive. On reflection i wished i had not bothered buying

Placing the order was straightforward but the confirmation paperwork was confusing as it referred to the need to pay import duty. A quick telecon confirmed that the tent was coming from Ipswich so there was no duty. On arrival I checked contents and discovered that there was a packing error which meant that I had an excess of 4 legs and a shortage of 4 roof bars.
I informed House of Tents of this by email. A week later I had a reply to apologise and advise me that replacements were on their way and they arrived in 48 hrs. The carrier, Tuffnells, provided an excellent service both for original delivery and replacements.

From my original telephone enquiry to the advice and help I received from the customer service team (Julian & Zirza , all the way through to receive the Gazebo, the level of service was first class. On erecting the actual gazebo ( apart from the height of the roof installation - why not have the four posts manufactured in two halves so that you could assemble the roof at ground level rather than access it via step ladders at present) the fabricatioin and quality of materials was excellent. I am sure we will enjoy many byears of use. PS the warranty of parts was also ourstanding. Thank you.

Online descriptions are sufficiently detailed and help customers make the right decision. Ordering progress is logical and easy to follow. Variety of paying methods offered. Quality of materials great value for money. Installation documents easy to follow. Only one gripe, and that is they don't tell you when or how to attach the double row of curtain hooks. The problem was solvable but when a reprint of the booklet is due, perhaps this could be included. The end result is a smart looking addition to our garden. It's been admired lots of times!

4x6m Marquee / Party Tent, PE 350 - Very Impressed
Delivery was with in 2 - 3 days as advertised with plenty of email/text communication until the final point of delivery.
For the price, the marquee I ordered is amazing. I opted for the bolt and nut frame option which may have taken a bit longer to put together but overall I feel it gave me more control over how tight a fit the frame came together.
I've had the marquee up in my garden since last Friday (26/05) and it is still up in my garden even though its been quite windy with up to 16 mph winds, very impressed.

Yacoob from customer services has been amazing. We purchased a gazebo for my son’s birthday party and it was fantastic! It real was the centre piece of the party and we were so thrilled with how easy it was to construct. The weather had turned very suddenly the following night resulting in a storm damaging one of the parts. Yacoob was so helpful and really went the extra mile i sourcing the spare part. Came when told it would come. Bought for our daughters wedding reception which was held in her garden. Looked fabulous when erected and dressed. Did not disappoint. Used again for Father’s Day and will be used again for my husband’s birthday in August and our grandchildrens birthday party in early September. Great addition to the garden for the summer months. Will be purchasing the storage bags for when we take it down - probably October.

Exceptional Customer Service!
This is an exceptional company with tremendous aftersales.
My marquee was delivered within a few days...great quality product, easy to erect, easy to take down.
Through my own fault entirely I damaged a part which the company replaced free of charge...
I would highly recommend this company....it was cheaper to buy the marquee from them rather than hire it locally!!!

Great customer service
Ordered a 3x3 Gazebo, Was able to set up by myself but it would be easier if you have a second person.
Had an issue with wind, Gazebo lifted over the wall and damaged two of the poles. Contacted customer service and they were happy enough to replace the damaged poles. I’ll also purchase weights to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Ordered a very nice marquee from House of Tents, UPS delivery was less than perfect but the HoT has sorted the problem to my satisfaction. May look towards a second marquee if this one works as well as it looks, end of this summer.

Part missing from pagoda
Although a part was missing from the pagoda, and house of tents were initially slow in dealing with the situation, they have subsequently dealt with matter very satisfactorily. After apologising for the delay, they expediated the delivery of the missing part with a next day delivery and then phoned to check I was completely satisfied. I would certainly use the company again.

Really pleased with the gazebo, assembly of the frame is a doddle, but the polly roof is quite challenging. Definately a two man job, it can be done in 3 hours if you have done it more than once. It took my son and myself 7 hours, but to be fair we were’nt in a rush. Instructions fall down when assembling the roof, and we had to backtrack somewhat. But all good.

From having issues with needing replacement poles due to storm damage the company has been so helpful in helping me rectify the problem. The structure is very sound and strong, the canopy fits tight on the corners and in the middle, the finish is very good.
The only improvement is the the side panels the be made slightly shorter than the length of the posts, the current ones have to be raised by at least 2-3 inch's.
Other than that i an please with the product.

The pop up gazebo was so quick and easy to put up and looked really elegant in our garden. Hope to use it for many years to come.

Pop up gazebo we purchased (3m) is good quality and fairly easy to erect (very gently first time!) amazing to see how big it is from such a smal bag holding it all which is also good quality and very useful. Instructions are just ok so watch the video - twice ! Delivery and emails were a bit slow but it was a busy time!?!

Absolutely fantastic gazebo more like a marquee very sturdy, very attractive looking strong solid metal Poles and lots of attachments I would advise and recommend this to anyone best Purchase ever. I was hiring exactly the same product for £280 for one night and yes I’ve been able to purchase this for the same price.👍👍

The gazebo is the best so far I have erected, and over the years I have erected a few.
The downside was the delivery of the product, if I could rate the delivery service thus would be a big zero, as this caused me to change my plans 3 times including cancellation of a weekend away.
The gazebo I would rate as a 5 star

Great product and speedy delivery. Really good quality carport and very sturdy. We did have one small part missing, but having contacted customer services who sent a replacement immediately. We tweaked the installation as we wanted a little more height to store a boat over winter, but it still works really well.
