I’ve already left a review. I don’t know why you are asking me to review again. I can do if you want me to but nothing has changed or been rectified so it will be exactly the same. Dreadful service by your customer service team and appalling service by delivery company you use.

AFTER 3 months CS contacted me about the experience. They kindly offered a tie down kit as a way of an apology in exchange for the review to be updated. The kit has now been received so I herewith am updating my review.
They have promised I will receive storage bags once review has been changed to 5 star. if bags are not received they said I can change the review back.

Overall pleased my only issue is about 20 of the small M6 screws were missing and I had to purchase more myself otherwise unsure how long I would need to wait.

I do feel the curtains are too long meaning they drag on the floor and will result in them getting dirty very quickly.

I had a query with my order and when I contacted House of tents they couldn't have been more helpful, replacing a damaged item and sending out some missing poles (assumed lost in transit).
The customer service team, is very communicative and supportive.
The Marquee itself is sturdy, and after some initial confusion, (our first time putting up a marquee) it was actually quite simple to put together and take apart and folds down to a reasonable size for easy storage.

Everything was perfect except for the securing nuts have a habit of coming loose when tightening up, I have 4 out of all the 100+ nuts that came loose and pulled out of the frame , this was the only thing.
