Very fast processing and shipping. My order was split into 2 packages with deliveries on consecutive days. Not even 2 full days passed until everything arrived. This was faster than expected. Thank you, but it wasn't really necessary.\nI like to browse the shop again as the prices are also competitive.

I have been a long-term customer at Session. Everything works smoothly. Top customer service. Returns are always unproblematic as well. In the store itself, you always get great advice and understanding. I feel very comfortable there. I can absolutely recommend Session Music. Orders are also shipped incredibly quickly. I always enjoy stopping by the store! Great atmosphere, great service, and excellent advice in every respect!

Hello, you did everything right. It arrived on two different days because it was two parts and there was a holiday in between. But still, everything was good and I am very happy with the sound and the delivery, and especially the weight of the box. The poor DHL guys got a tip and did their best.

I bought equipment for over €5000, but unfortunately I was logged in as a guest and not under my customer account. This is my fault because I had two tabs open on my iPad. What I don't understand is that, although I requested it in writing, the purchased item cannot be assigned to my customer account retroactively. Other online retailers can do this without any problem. So, I would have to return the item and reorder it, which would definitely cost more than €100 in shipping and workload. Furthermore, I got the item from other music retailers (Haar, Guitars) who offered it €50 cheaper on their website. I find this already difficult. This also makes me consider whether to return the item and then buy directly from Haar Guitar. So far, I have enjoyed shopping at Session, and I am also a supporter of supporting German retailers and gladly pay for service. However, I haven’t received the service with the customer account. Nor have I received any proper instruction on how to do this. The attached instruction is a black and white print on brown recycled paper. The manufacturer sends out colored emails, which Haar Guitars apparently send to the customer on recycled black and white in poor quality. As I said, I paid over €5000. I expect more quality. Otherwise, everything was okay – what a shame...

I found it very good, the item was in stock, friendly customer service on the phone, fast shipping, and the goods were very well packaged. It would have been even better if the item had been offered at 200 euros below the list price like in stores such as Thomann or Musik Haus Hermann. But there, the item was no longer in stock 😉

Last week I ordered a guitar from you. Before ordering, I called to ask if the guitar, before being shipped to me and possibly with a fee, could be checked, adjusted, and optimized. (since it is an inexpensive guitar from the company Donner) The colleague on the phone said it wouldn't be necessary since all deliveries would be checked before shipping. After receiving the guitar, which was well packed and quickly delivered, I noticed when playing it for the first time that the two tone controls were not working. I then spoke again with one of your staff, who explained the return procedure to me. The colleague was competent, professional, and patient. We agreed that I would return the instrument, and upon receiving the return, you would send me the same guitar. I pointed out to the colleague that everything must be checked with the new guitar being sent, as I am concerned that an instrument from the same batch might exhibit the same defect. Your employee assured me that the newly sent instrument would be thoroughly checked before being shipped. I look forward to it. Kind regards, Herbert Storms

Fast delivery, item well packed and as expected. A small drawback, which Session is not responsible for: the color coding of the A and D strings is swapped on the bag print. This error is from Fender.\nPicture with the bag and the ordered flatwound strings and for comparison a picture with existing roundwound strings from Fender.

Very good product and fast delivery. Less cardboard when sending a set of strings would be great ... then it would fit in the mailbox and be more eco-friendly overall. ;-)

I couldn't get hold of a particular 2026 Ibanez Prestige model in the UK due to constant stock issues with all major retailers. Seen these guys had one in stock and they had it shipped out to me in a week. I genuinely think Im the only dude in the UK with this guitar. It arrived prestine and I couldnt be happier. My only gripe was UPS being the mail service. There where multiple delays due to their incompetence. And a few phone calls had to be made.

Unfortunately, the shipping took a bit longer, the item arrived after 10 days - but what can you do? I then received an email saying that the original packaging could no longer be found, but the item was otherwise flawless. For that, I received a credit. I wasn't too concerned about the time and even less about the box. I'm happy about the discount. :-)

I was very satisfied with the ordering process. Thanks to the clarity of the online shop, I quickly found what I was looking for and decided on the alto saxophone YAS 62-04 by Yamaha. One of my first alto saxophones 30 years ago was a YAS 25. The sound and craftsmanship of Yamaha speaks for excellent quality, which convinced me to choose the YAS 62-04. Additionally, I also got the Selmer S80 C* mouthpiece, the Rovner Dark 1RL ligature, and Vandoren Classic Blue reeds strength 2.5 for the YAS 62-04, which I have been using for years. I am very satisfied with them. I also use this equipment for my soprano saxophone YSS 475. The sound of both saxophones impresses me every time. So it was somehow clear that I would purchase the YAS 62-04. Thanks also for the excellent and competent customer service at Musik Produktiv!

I have finally found the new dream guitar and am super happy to finally hold it in my hands. There was a small problem with the case but it was solved very quickly. Thanks again a lot!!!

Overall, it went quickly and in the autumn sale there were also good prices. Something strange was that items are delivered from different branches and then several packages arrive here on different days. Probably not very economical either.
