Order taken.
delivery 'promised' in 5 days.
5 days later an email arrives (2.15pm on a Friday) explaining of an 'unexpected' delay and delivery would now be five/six weeks.
Interestingly the office closes at 2.30pm on a Friday.
Since then, nothing. but the payment has still ben taken.
Fitters had to be re-scheduled.
What can you do better? Over deliver and under promise as opposed to over promising and under delivering
An apology/explanation maybe?

Great looking products, easy to build and fits neatly into our fitted wardrobe!
We have a wardrobe in our new house with Spaceslide doors and ordered some internal shelving and drawers to make use of the space and it looks really good.
It would have been good if the website had some kind of tool to help visualise what the wardrobe would look like based on the selections made.

Love the sliding doors. Not happy that the driver refused to take the three up to my second floor flat even though my son came to help him.
