Superb Service. I would like to especially mention the fitter who installed my wardrobes. His work is excellent, very neat and tidy, I am delighted with the finished wardrobes. In addition the room was not quite ready for him so he helped me clear the room. Most other people would have just left and we would have had to arrange another date for the installation. He gets five stars from me.

I bought a set of sliding doors and panels to DIY a wardrobe. In store I received great help to plan the materials. Ordering on line was ok but getting the dimensions right is not easy. The disappointment came with the delivery of the items. The drivers were great and very helpful in bringing the panels to the 1st floor but 2 panels arrived damaged. The drivers would report it and someone would contact me but never did. Installing the doors is tricky. I watched all the videos and read the instructions carefully but it's not very clear. The IKEA instructions are a lot easier to follow than Spaceslide. In the end it took me 3 days to build the wardrobe which was much longer than expected

We were all prepared and looking forward to having our wardrobe fitted. After waiting several weeks the day arrived. The fitters were extremely pleasant and respectful but due to a factory error they were supplied with the incorrect parts. This means the wardrobe cannot be fitted and we will have to wait further for the correct fittings and another fitting date at some unknown point in the future.
