not a great experience

Ordered a replacement battery charger for a battery operated lawnmower, to be able to use it.... (needed quickly) The delivery time was woeful - the website showed a 2 to 3 day delivery and was 3+ weeks

Ordered mower bag and frame. No email for confirmation of order, delivery date, that there had been an attempt at delivery or even to re-attempt the delivery. But I do have 20+ new promotional emails cluttering my inbox. I had to email them and got a response after 2 days.

Hi, Thanks for your review. We've checked our email system and it would appear that the email address you entered when placing your order was invalid and our order confirmation email, dispatch email and account opening email were all unable to be delivered as a result. Looking at your physical address and your email address it would suggest that you missed the "a" out of the first part of your email address when entering it into our system. Our promotional email system is a different system and it would appear that you entered the correct email address into that system. Kind regards The Mowers Online Team

DO NOT USE, they will screw you even if they deliver a machine that doesn’t work! Awful company!!!
